體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)下我國度假酒店設(shè)計新趨勢研究

【摘要】:我國度假酒店行業(yè)起步較晚,從上世紀(jì)八十年代開始,度假酒店在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的帶動下開始迅猛發(fā)展,用短短三十年的時間從無到有,從星星之火到燎原之勢。在這個發(fā)展過程中,各種設(shè)計風(fēng)格、設(shè)計思潮也在影響著酒店建筑的設(shè)計,比如現(xiàn)代主義、后現(xiàn)代主義、解構(gòu)主義等,在表象上看來中國酒店設(shè)計已經(jīng)與世界同步,但面對我國一流的景觀資源,度假酒店并沒有表現(xiàn)出應(yīng)有的檔次和品位。尤其在當(dāng)今體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)時代下,新消費階層對于度假酒店品質(zhì)的要求越來越高,而當(dāng)前一些度假酒店風(fēng)格雷同,缺乏對游客體驗、酒店文化等方面的設(shè)計,無法為游客帶來獨一無二的全新感官體驗過程。在體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)和新的消費文化的影響下,度假酒店也在積極尋求變革,以滿足不同游客多方面的體驗要求,呈現(xiàn)出了一些新的設(shè)計趨勢,如低調(diào)的建筑形式、奢華的室內(nèi)設(shè)計、深厚的文化底蘊、鮮明的主題文化、較少的客房數(shù)量、管家式的貼心服務(wù)、以及生態(tài)化、智能化的酒店設(shè)施等。本文前兩章主要介紹了文章的研究背景以及度假酒店的概念界定、特征分析、發(fā)展歷程、研究現(xiàn)狀等,提出了當(dāng)前我國許多度假酒店設(shè)計存在的問題。第三章論述了在消費文化、體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)影響下我國度假酒店設(shè)計的新趨勢。第四章研究了在新的設(shè)計趨勢下,度假酒店在空間體驗和文化體驗兩方面的設(shè)計方法。本文通過對相關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn)的閱讀、具體案例的梳理,歸納總結(jié)出體驗經(jīng)濟(jì)下我國度假酒店設(shè)計的新趨勢,力求對當(dāng)下度假酒店設(shè)計實踐提供有益的啟示。
[Abstract]:China's resort hotel industry started relatively late, from the 1980s, the resort hotel under the economic development began to develop rapidly, in a short period of 30 years from nothing, from a spark to a prairie fire. In the course of this development, various design styles, design trends of thought are also affecting the design of hotel architecture, such as modernism, post-modernism, deconstructionism, and so on. On the surface, it seems that the Chinese hotel design has been synchronized with the world. However, in the face of our first-class landscape resources, resort hotels do not show their grade and grade. Especially in today's experience economy era, the new consumer class has higher and higher requirements for the quality of resort hotels, and at present some holiday hotels have the same style, lack of design for tourists' experience, hotel culture, and so on. There is no way to bring a unique new sensory experience to visitors. Under the influence of the experience economy and the new consumer culture, resort hotels are also actively looking for changes to meet the various experience requirements of different tourists, showing some new design trends, such as low-key architectural forms, luxurious interior design, Deep cultural heritage, distinctive theme culture, small number of guest rooms, family-style considerate service, ecological, intelligent hotel facilities and so on. The first two chapters of this paper mainly introduce the research background of the article and the definition, characteristic analysis, development course and research status of the resort hotel, and put forward the problems existing in the design of many vacation hotels in our country at present. The third chapter discusses the new trend of holiday hotel design under the influence of consumption culture and experience economy. In chapter 4, the design methods of space experience and culture experience of resort hotel are studied under the new design trend. Through reading the relevant references and combing the specific cases, this paper sums up the new trends in the design of holiday hotels in China under the experience economy, and tries to provide beneficial enlightenment to the design practice of the current resort hotels.
