【摘要】：城市居住空間的發(fā)展因其特殊的社會、經(jīng)濟和文化背景,在我國城市化進程中占據(jù)重要的位置。伴隨我國快速城市化進程,城市居住空間的快速增長,城市公園綠地的營造取得長足的進展和成效,社區(qū)公園作為與居住空間相伴生的城市綠地獲得了迅速發(fā)展,形成了相當可觀的建設(shè)規(guī)模。收獲了巨大的社會、經(jīng)濟和環(huán)境效益的同時,也遺留下快速發(fā)展所帶來的諸多問題。在今后的相當長的一段時間,經(jīng)濟的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展推動城市化的進程穩(wěn)步推進,并且呈現(xiàn)量質(zhì)雙增的深化發(fā)展的態(tài)勢,城市社區(qū)公園也必將隨著城市化的深化發(fā)展而在量和質(zhì)上面臨巨大提升壓力。本選題設(shè)計任務是北京順義區(qū)龍灣社區(qū)公園的改造設(shè)計。選題目的旨在通過使用后評價來分析建成并投入使用的社區(qū)公園,在追求人居環(huán)境可持續(xù)發(fā)展的目標之下,對社區(qū)公園做較為完整的評價,分析其與居住區(qū)乃至周邊居住片區(qū)之間的關(guān)系,公園使用者的行為特征和使用需求,獲取建成公園環(huán)境的管理運行狀況,深入探討快速城市化條件下建成的龍灣社區(qū)公園個案所存在的問題。進而探求社區(qū)公園有機健康發(fā)展方向,以人本思想的角度重新審視社區(qū)公園的物質(zhì)空間對社區(qū)鄰里交流與和睦共處的促進作用。在借鑒有機更新理論基礎(chǔ)上,進行改造更新設(shè)計的思路和方法的思考。針對社區(qū)公園實踐案例中出現(xiàn)的區(qū)域可達性差,不重視鄰里交往功能的設(shè)置以及開發(fā)建設(shè)中缺乏可持續(xù)思維等問題,以區(qū)域公共開放空間的聯(lián)通、公園場地活力的提升和可持續(xù)的生境改造等改造設(shè)計策略進行應對。嘗試組織靈活的小規(guī)模改造設(shè)計,從質(zhì)的方面提升公園,使其成為城市更為健康和有機的組成部分,持續(xù)保持公園在物質(zhì)與精神方面的活性,激發(fā)更為密切的鄰里交往,產(chǎn)生更好的社區(qū)和城市生活氛圍。本文選題將關(guān)注點聚集在處于設(shè)計建設(shè)結(jié)束并投入使用后的階段的社區(qū)公園,嘗試對公園的管理、使用和改造更新的這些易于輕忽的使用后環(huán)節(jié)進行較為系統(tǒng)的研究,對居住社區(qū)人居環(huán)境形成循環(huán)體系和可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:Because of its special social, economic and cultural background, the development of urban residential space occupies an important position in the process of urbanization in China. With the rapid urbanization of our country, the rapid growth of urban residential space, the construction of urban park green space has made great progress and achievements, and community park as the urban green space associated with residential space has been rapidly developed. A considerable scale of construction has been formed. While harvesting enormous social, economic and environmental benefits, it also leaves behind many problems brought about by rapid development. For a considerable period of time in the future, the steady development of the economy has promoted the process of urbanization steadily, and there has been a trend of deepening the development of both quantity and quality. Urban community parks will face great pressure in quantity and quality with the development of urbanization. This topic selection design task is Beijing Shunyi District Longwan Community Park transformation design. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the community parks built and put into use through the post-use evaluation, and to make a more complete evaluation of the community parks under the goal of pursuing sustainable development of the human settlements environment. It analyzes the relationship between the park users and the residential areas and even the surrounding residential areas, the behavior characteristics and the use needs of the park users, and obtains the management and operation of the built park environment. This paper discusses the problems existing in Longwan Community Park under the condition of rapid urbanization. And then explore the direction of organic and healthy development of community parks, and re-examine the promoting effect of the material space of community parks on the communication and harmonious coexistence of community neighbors from the perspective of people-oriented thinking. On the basis of organic renewal theory, the ideas and methods of renovation design are considered. In view of the poor regional accessibility in the practical cases of community parks and the lack of sustainable thinking in the development and construction of the community parks, we do not attach importance to the setting of neighborhood communication functions and the lack of sustainable thinking in the development and construction, in order to connect the public open space in the region. The strategies of improving the vitality of the park site and sustainable habitat transformation should be adopted. Try to organize flexible, small-scale designs to upgrade the park qualitatively as a healthier and organic part of the city, keep the park physically and spiritually active, and stimulate closer neighborhood interaction, Create a better atmosphere of community and city life. This article will focus on the end of the design and construction and put into use in the stage of community parks, trying to park management, use and renovation of these easy to ignore the use of the post-use link for a more systematic study, It is of great significance to the study on the formation of cycle system and sustainable development of human settlement environment in residential communities.
