基于BIM技術(shù)的建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)城市化建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,建筑的能耗和環(huán)境問題日益引起人們的關(guān)注。傳統(tǒng)的建筑環(huán)境分析與評(píng)估方法存在著建筑環(huán)境分析滯后、信息獲取難度大、計(jì)算精度低等問題。BIM作為信息技術(shù)在建筑領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用,它通過(guò)建立建筑的三維信息模型,對(duì)建筑的所有相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行集成化管理,為建筑的計(jì)算和分析等提供了數(shù)據(jù)支持。針對(duì)傳統(tǒng)建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估的不足,本文采用理論分析、模型分析和量化的方法研究了基于BIM技術(shù)的建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析總結(jié)了目前建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估的相關(guān)理論和方法,研究了傳統(tǒng)建筑設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境分析中存在的問題及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì);介紹了BIM理論的概念、技術(shù)特點(diǎn)及其研究現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)BIM的數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)問題進(jìn)一步研究。BIM是一個(gè)包含建筑物所有相關(guān)信息的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),以直觀形象的三維模型作為建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的信息載體,,是建筑物實(shí)體與功能特性的數(shù)字表達(dá)形式。同時(shí),BIM技術(shù)提供不同形式的接口,能夠與各種分析軟件協(xié)同對(duì)接,基于這些特點(diǎn)對(duì)BIM用于建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估做了可行性分析,研究了基于BIM的建筑設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境分析的方法和流程和基于BIM技術(shù)的LEED建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估的方法;谶@些研究,提出在建筑設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中將BIM技術(shù)與建筑設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)境分析相結(jié)合進(jìn)行建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估,實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑設(shè)計(jì)可持續(xù)。 在理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,本文結(jié)合工程實(shí)例研究了基于BIM的建筑環(huán)境性能分析與評(píng)估的具體實(shí)施方法。文章以宜昌地區(qū)某制藥廠房建筑為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)建筑的環(huán)境性能進(jìn)行模擬和評(píng)估。首先利用Revit軟件建立該建筑的信息模型,對(duì)該建筑空間幾何信息、建筑空間功能信息、建筑材料以及設(shè)備等各專業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)信息進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)集成與一體化管理。然后經(jīng)過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換,將建立的BIM模型導(dǎo)出建筑環(huán)境分析的專用格式文件。將該分析模型文件導(dǎo)入Ecotect軟件中,利用軟件集成的環(huán)境分析工具對(duì)項(xiàng)目所在地的氣候條件如太陽(yáng)輻射,通風(fēng),相對(duì)濕度等進(jìn)行分析;最后在Ecotect軟件中對(duì)建筑的環(huán)境性能太陽(yáng)輻射、通風(fēng)、能耗等進(jìn)行模擬并根據(jù)模擬結(jié)果對(duì)該建筑的性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)并提出改善意見。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of urbanization in China, the energy consumption and environmental problems of buildings have attracted more and more attention. The traditional methods of building environment analysis and evaluation have many problems, such as lagging behind in analysis of building environment, difficulty in obtaining information, low precision of calculation, etc. BIM, as the application of information technology in the field of architecture, establishes three-dimensional information model of architecture, and so on. The integrated management of all the related information of the building provides data support for the calculation and analysis of the building. Aiming at the deficiency of traditional building environment performance analysis and evaluation, this paper studies the analysis and evaluation of building environment performance based on BIM technology by the methods of theoretical analysis, model analysis and quantification. This paper summarizes the relevant theories and methods of performance analysis and evaluation of architectural environment through literature analysis, and studies the problems existing in the environmental analysis of traditional architectural design and its development trend. This paper introduces the concept, technical characteristics and research status of BIM theory, and further studies the data conversion and standard problems of BIM. BIM is a database that contains all the relevant information of buildings. As the information carrier of construction project, the three-dimensional model of visual image is the digital expression form of building entity and function characteristic. At the same time, BIM technology provides different forms of interface, and can be coordinated with various analysis software. Based on these characteristics, the feasibility analysis of BIM for building environment performance analysis and evaluation is made. This paper studies the method and process of building design environment analysis based on BIM and the method of performance analysis and evaluation of LEED building environment based on BIM technology. Based on these studies, it is put forward to combine BIM technology with environmental analysis of architectural design to analyze and evaluate the performance of architectural environment in the process of architectural design, so as to realize the sustainability of architectural design. On the basis of theoretical research, this paper studies the concrete implementation method of building environment performance analysis and assessment based on BIM combined with engineering examples. In this paper, the environmental performance of a pharmaceutical factory building in Yichang area is simulated and evaluated. Firstly, the information model of the building is established by using Revit software, and the data integration and integrated management of the building space geometry information, building space function information, building materials and equipment and other related data information are carried out. Then after data conversion, the established BIM model is exported to a special format file for building environment analysis. The analysis model files are imported into Ecotect software, and the climatic conditions such as solar radiation, ventilation and relative humidity are analyzed by the software integrated environmental analysis tools. Finally, the environmental performance of the building is simulated in Ecotect software, such as solar radiation, ventilation, energy consumption and so on. According to the simulation results, the performance of the building is evaluated and suggestions for improvement are put forward.
