堿礦渣水泥石抗碳硫硅鈣石型硫酸鹽腐蝕性能

【摘要】:研究了外摻10%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))石粉的普通硅酸鹽水泥石和以水玻璃為堿組分的堿礦渣水泥石抗碳硫硅鈣石型硫酸鹽腐蝕(TSA)性能及硅灰和粉煤灰對水玻璃-礦渣水泥石抗TSA性能的影響.采用X射線衍射(XRD)、傅里葉轉(zhuǎn)換紅外光譜(FTIR)等方法分析了水泥石在(5±2)℃,5%(質(zhì)量分數(shù))MgSO4溶液中浸泡4a的腐蝕產(chǎn)物,并通過壓汞法測試了硬化堿礦渣水泥石的孔結(jié)構(gòu).結(jié)果表明:普通硅酸鹽水泥石在試驗條件下發(fā)生了典型的TSA,水玻璃-礦渣水泥石僅受到輕微的石膏型硫酸鹽腐蝕,未發(fā)生TSA;硅灰等質(zhì)量取代10%礦渣及粉煤灰等質(zhì)量取代20%,40%礦渣的試件幾乎未受到硫酸鹽腐蝕.水玻璃-礦渣水泥石抗TSA性能較好的原因主要是該水泥體系水化產(chǎn)物為低堿度水化硅酸鈣,且孔結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)良.
[Abstract]:In this paper, the anti-(TSA) properties of ordinary silicate clay mixed with 10% (mass fraction) stone powder and alkali slag cement stone with water glass as alkali component are studied, and the effect of silica fume and fly ash on water glass-ore formation is also studied in this paper.
