鋼結(jié)構(gòu)模塊化建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系研究

【摘要】:伴隨著社會(huì)的進(jìn)步,裝配式建筑及其優(yōu)勢(shì)正日益受到廣泛的關(guān)注。由于國內(nèi)大量住宅建設(shè)所造成的資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境惡化等后果,建設(shè)部已多次倡導(dǎo)推動(dòng)建筑工業(yè)化、發(fā)展裝配式建筑,從而推動(dòng)住宅產(chǎn)業(yè)的升級(jí)。模塊化建筑作為一種新興的建筑體系具有高度的預(yù)制化比例,在國外已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了多年的發(fā)展,對(duì)提高工程質(zhì)量、縮短工期、節(jié)約人力物力、保護(hù)環(huán)境等多方面有顯著的優(yōu)勢(shì),符合對(duì)于建筑工業(yè)化以及綠色建筑的發(fā)展要求。 本文首先對(duì)模塊化建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行調(diào)研研究,介紹了目前比較常見的多種建筑模塊類型、模塊化建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系、模塊單元間的連接節(jié)點(diǎn)等以及基于BIM系統(tǒng)的模塊化建筑現(xiàn)代化施工方式。并結(jié)合國內(nèi)建筑發(fā)展,對(duì)模塊化建筑的圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行選型研究。 本文選取天津市濱海旅游區(qū)擬建4層模塊化建筑公寓樣本樓為例,對(duì)模塊化建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體系的受力特征進(jìn)行研究,,其中包括對(duì)于4層公寓樣本樓的設(shè)計(jì)分析、靜力性能分析、動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析、靜力彈塑性分析等。分析過程中,本文分別對(duì)模塊間連接節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度考慮剛接與鉸接兩種情況進(jìn)行研究,比較節(jié)點(diǎn)剛度的不同對(duì)模塊化建筑結(jié)構(gòu)受力性能的影響。 本文的重點(diǎn)是通過對(duì)模塊化建筑的調(diào)研與結(jié)構(gòu)體系的研究,分析模塊化建筑這一新興的結(jié)構(gòu)體系的受力特征及其對(duì)于國內(nèi)建筑發(fā)展的適用性,對(duì)模塊化建筑技術(shù)的發(fā)展與推廣有一定的指導(dǎo)意義和參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, prefabricated architecture and its advantages have been paid more and more attention. Due to the waste of resources and the deterioration of environment caused by a large number of domestic housing construction, the Ministry of Construction has advocated many times to promote the industrialization of buildings and the development of prefabricated buildings, thus promoting the upgrading of the housing industry. As a new building system, modular building has a high ratio of prefabrication. It has been developed for many years in foreign countries. It has obvious advantages in improving engineering quality, shortening construction period, saving manpower and material resources, protecting environment and so on. In line with the building industrialization and green building development requirements. In this paper, the structure system of modular building is investigated and studied, and some common types of building modules, modular building structure system, are introduced in this paper. The connection node between module units and the modern construction mode of modular building based on BIM system. Combined with the development of domestic architecture, the selection of the retaining structure of modular building is studied. This paper chooses Tianjin Binhai tourist area as an example to study the mechanical characteristics of the modular building structure system, including the design analysis and static performance analysis of the 4-story apartment sample building. Dynamic time history analysis, static elastoplastic analysis, etc. In the process of analysis, the stiffness of the connection joint between modules considering the rigid connection and the hinge connection is studied in this paper, and the influence of the node stiffness on the mechanical performance of the modular building structure is compared. The emphasis of this paper is to analyze the mechanical characteristics of modular building as a new structure system and its applicability to the development of domestic architecture through the research of modular building and structural system. It has certain guiding significance and reference value for the development and popularization of modular building technology.
