【摘要】：進入21世紀,隨著人們收入水平、生活態(tài)度及休閑觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變,世界旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的格局和結(jié)構(gòu)從傳統(tǒng)的觀光型旅游活動逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橐孕蓍e、康體、娛樂的度假旅游。私家車擁有量的增加和我國休假以中、短期為主的現(xiàn)狀,使得城市周邊旅游度假帶成為人們短期度假的首選。溫泉度假作為休閑養(yǎng)生、放松身心和康體娛樂的方式,正好滿足了人們對于休閑、康體和娛樂的需求,受到了越來越多人士的青睞,溫泉度假村如同雨后春筍般涌現(xiàn)出來。四川省是溫泉資源大省,成都周邊溫泉資源尤為豐富,隨著本省溫泉旅游進行的整體規(guī)劃布局,成都周邊的溫泉度假迎來了發(fā)展的春天。 溫泉度假村主題服務設(shè)施是指集中地為游客提供溫泉湯泡、溫泉理療等特色服務的建筑,是溫泉度假村發(fā)展重要的競爭力,也是整個溫泉度假村中最基本和最核心的功能區(qū)。本文以成都周邊溫泉度假村主題服務設(shè)施作為研究對象,在相關(guān)理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合成都實際情況和區(qū)域特色,試圖提出適宜成都周邊溫泉度假村主題服務設(shè)施建筑的建筑設(shè)計策略。 本文首先通過文獻收集與歸納分析,總結(jié)出了溫泉度假村主題服務設(shè)施的特點與分類,指明了其重要性。接著,通過對成都周邊實際情況的調(diào)研分析,掌握該地區(qū)溫泉游客的使用習慣、溫泉度假村的開發(fā)模式、主題服務設(shè)施的建設(shè)與運營情況等基本概況。并通過對成都周邊區(qū)域自然、文化和建筑技藝三方面的闡述,總結(jié)出在設(shè)計過程中應注意和可利用的地域性要素。在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過從規(guī)劃到建筑等多個層面的深入分析,提出了一些針對本地區(qū)現(xiàn)狀,在總體設(shè)計、空間設(shè)計、形態(tài)設(shè)計和細部設(shè)計方面的設(shè)計建議,以作為對實踐性設(shè)計工作的參考意見。最后,結(jié)合發(fā)展歷程和現(xiàn)狀,對當前溫泉度假村主題服務設(shè)施的發(fā)展趨勢做出了展望,提出設(shè)計取向,并站在政府、社會公眾、市場開發(fā)者和建筑師的角度,對如何應對這種變化提出相關(guān)的措施建議。
[Abstract]:In the 21st century, with the change of people's income level, life attitude and leisure concept, the pattern and structure of the world tourism industry has gradually changed from the traditional sightseeing tourism activity to the vacation tourism with leisure, recreation and entertainment. With the increase of private car ownership and the present situation of taking vacations mainly in the short and medium periods in our country, the tourist vacation zone around the city becomes the first choice for people to take short vacations. Hot spring vacation, as a way to relax body, mind, body and mind, and recreation, meets the needs of people for leisure, recreation and entertainment, and has been favored by more and more people, and spa resorts have sprung up like bamboo shoots. Sichuan Province is a large province of hot spring resources, Chengdu is rich in hot spring resources around, with the overall planning layout of hot spring tourism in this province, the spring vacation around Chengdu ushered in the development of spring. The theme service facilities of hot spring resort refer to the building that provides the special service of hot spring soup bubble, hot spring physiotherapy and so on. It is an important competitive power for the development of hot spring resort, and is also the most basic and core functional area in the whole hot spring resort. This paper takes the theme service facilities of Chengdu Hot Spring Resort as the research object, on the basis of relevant theoretical research, combined with the actual situation and regional characteristics of Chengdu, This paper tries to put forward the architectural design strategy suitable for the theme service construction of Chengdu Hot Spring Resort. Firstly, through literature collection and analysis, this paper summarizes the characteristics and classification of the hot spring resort theme service facilities, and points out its importance. Then, through the investigation and analysis of the actual situation around Chengdu, master the use habits of the hot spring tourists in this area, the development mode of the hot spring resort, the construction and operation of the theme service facilities and so on. By expounding the natural, cultural and architectural skills in the surrounding areas of Chengdu, the regional factors which should be paid attention to and used in the design process are summarized. On this basis, through the deep analysis from planning to building and so on, this paper puts forward some design suggestions on the overall design, space design, shape design and detail design in view of the present situation of the region. As a reference for practical design work. Finally, according to the development process and current situation, this paper makes a prospect on the development trend of the hot spring resort theme service facilities, puts forward the design orientation, and stands in the perspective of the government, the public, market developers and architects. Suggestions on how to deal with this change are put forward.
