堿激發(fā)鋼渣礦渣膠凝材料凝結(jié)硬化性能研究

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)膠凝材料強(qiáng)度、水化熱的測(cè)定和對(duì)水化產(chǎn)物種類及表觀形貌的分析,探討了緩凝劑和鋼渣摻量對(duì)堿激發(fā)鋼渣礦渣膠凝材料性能的影響,并對(duì)其水化特性進(jìn)行了研究.結(jié)果表明:鋼渣摻量為40%、礦渣摻量為60%時(shí),外摻6%水玻璃激發(fā)劑和1%的K緩凝劑,所制得的膠凝材料的凝結(jié)時(shí)間和強(qiáng)度可以達(dá)到42.5R普通硅酸鹽水泥的技術(shù)要求;堿激發(fā)鋼渣礦渣膠凝材料的放熱特性與堿激發(fā)礦渣膠凝材料類似,具有放熱量小的特點(diǎn);鋼渣與礦渣組合有利于膠凝體系水化進(jìn)程的發(fā)展,兩者具有相互促進(jìn)的作用.
[Abstract]:The effects of retarder and steel slag content on the properties of alkaline activated steel slag cementitious materials were discussed by measuring the strength, heat of hydration, and the types and morphology of hydration products. The hydration characteristics of the cement materials were also studied. The results show that the setting time and strength of the cementitious material can meet the technical requirements of 42.5R ordinary Portland cement when the steel slag content is 40 and the slag content is 60%, 6% sodium silicate activator and 1% K retarder are added in the outside. The exothermic properties of alkali activated steel slag cementitious materials are similar to those of alkali activated slag cementitious materials, and the combination of steel slag and slag is beneficial to the development of the hydration process of the cementing system.
