【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展和區(qū)域一體化戰(zhàn)略成為我國(guó)城市規(guī)劃發(fā)展的重要指導(dǎo)思路,城市邊緣地帶的區(qū)域功能也在隨之變化,并成為城市發(fā)展中的重要的邊界區(qū)域。隨著可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的提出,城市規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)不再是單純的強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,更加注重城市生態(tài)環(huán)境的保護(hù),在這一大背景之下,位于城市邊緣帶的生態(tài)景觀系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建特別是郊野公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)受到了極大地關(guān)注。對(duì)于當(dāng)下城市的迅速擴(kuò)張、城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展、人民生活水平的提高,過(guò)去城區(qū)內(nèi)的人工綠化已經(jīng)不能滿足今天城市人口增長(zhǎng)對(duì)生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生的需求,市民親近自然、融入自然的需求越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈。郊野公園正逐漸成為市民休閑、放松的理想去處,此外,郊野公園具有保護(hù)城市生態(tài)環(huán)境的重要功能,能夠有效的改善城市的環(huán)境水平。城郊結(jié)合部或者稱之為城市邊緣帶,是現(xiàn)階段城市發(fā)展的重要的空間結(jié)界,位于這一地域空間的郊野公園不僅對(duì)于區(qū)域生態(tài)景觀系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建有著重要的意義,同時(shí)也作為城市空間節(jié)點(diǎn)的一部分對(duì)于整個(gè)城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌規(guī)劃發(fā)展起到深刻影響。目前,我國(guó)的郊野公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)還處于起步階段,缺乏系統(tǒng)性的理論框架基礎(chǔ)和相關(guān)的技術(shù)研究。本文基于實(shí)施的框架體系為郊野公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供了清晰可靠的理論指導(dǎo)框架,為城市郊野公園的景觀規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)提供了重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本課題在進(jìn)行城市化進(jìn)程以及城市生態(tài)景觀系統(tǒng)的研究基礎(chǔ)上,將郊野公園作為本文的研究對(duì)象,通過(guò)調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)研究法、個(gè)案研究法、跨學(xué)科研究法和分析與歸納法等科學(xué)的研究方法,揭示了郊野公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)在城市乃至區(qū)域景觀系統(tǒng)構(gòu)建中的重要作用和意義；提出了郊野公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于城市建設(shè)的必要性和可行性；歸納并總結(jié)了郊野公園的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)策略和實(shí)施框架體系,對(duì)郊野公園規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)的理論體系構(gòu)建進(jìn)行初步探索。
[Abstract]:At present, urban and rural overall development and regional integration strategy have become an important guiding thinking of urban planning and development in China, and the regional functions of urban fringe are also changing, and become an important boundary area in urban development. With the development of sustainable development strategy, urban planning and design is no longer simply emphasizing economic benefits, but also paying more attention to the protection of urban ecological environment. The construction of ecological landscape system at the edge of the city, especially the planning and design of country parks, has received great attention. With the rapid expansion of cities, the rapid development of urban economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the artificial greening in urban areas in the past has not been able to meet the needs of the ecological environment generated by today's urban population growth, and the citizens are close to nature. The need to blend in with nature is getting stronger and stronger. Country parks are becoming an ideal place for people to relax and relax. In addition, country parks play an important role in protecting the urban ecological environment and can effectively improve the environmental level of the city. The suburb junction, or called the urban fringe zone, is an important spatial boundary of the urban development at present. The country park located in this regional space is not only of great significance to the construction of the regional ecological landscape system, but also to the construction of the regional ecological landscape system. At the same time, as a part of urban spatial node, it has a profound impact on the overall planning and development of urban and rural areas. At present, the planning and design of country parks in China is still in its infancy, lacking of systematic theoretical framework and related technical research. This paper provides a clear and reliable theoretical framework for the planning and design of country parks based on the implementation of the framework system, and provides an important guiding significance for the landscape planning and design of urban country parks. Based on the study of urbanization process and urban ecological landscape system, the country park is regarded as the object of this paper. Through investigation method, literature research method, case study method, The interdisciplinary research method and the scientific research methods such as analysis and induction reveal the important role and significance of the planning and design of country parks in the construction of urban and regional landscape system. This paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of country park planning and design for urban construction, sums up and summarizes the planning and design strategy and implementation frame system of country park, and makes a preliminary exploration on the theoretical system construction of country park planning and design.
