【摘要】： 建設(shè)生態(tài)城市,解決城市化、人口、環(huán)境、資源的巨大壓力和嚴(yán)峻的挑戰(zhàn),建立社會(huì)和諧、環(huán)境優(yōu)美的宜居環(huán)境,已經(jīng)成為國內(nèi)外許多城市建設(shè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)。 本文旨在從基于宜居的生態(tài)城市建設(shè)角度,分析了天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)目前城市建設(shè)存在的問題,并探討了基于宜居住生態(tài)城市的建設(shè)途徑,以期能對天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)的宜居生態(tài)城市建設(shè)有所裨益。 該文首先詳細(xì)地介紹了生態(tài)城市的概念、內(nèi)涵和特征,以及國內(nèi)外生態(tài)城市建設(shè)理論的研究情況,指出了我國生態(tài)城市理論研究的不足;其次通過對國內(nèi)外生態(tài)城市建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀的分析,從國內(nèi)外城市的生態(tài)化建設(shè)、城市規(guī)劃、城市的地理特點(diǎn)以及城市的功能四個(gè)角度總結(jié)出生態(tài)城市建設(shè)的模式;第三,系統(tǒng)地介紹了天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)的發(fā)展歷程、區(qū)位特點(diǎn)、國家的戰(zhàn)略定位,提出了天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)基于宜居的生態(tài)城市建設(shè)發(fā)展規(guī)劃;第四,提出天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)建設(shè)生態(tài)城市的目標(biāo)和指導(dǎo)原則,并通過對宜居城市概念和內(nèi)涵的分析,概括出宜居城市六個(gè)方面的內(nèi)涵;最后從宜居的生態(tài)城市建設(shè)角度分析了天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)目前的城市建設(shè)中存在的問題,并從城市規(guī)劃、政府建設(shè)、完善政府管理體系、促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化、環(huán)境保護(hù)及城市綠化、社區(qū)建設(shè)、提高生態(tài)理念以及構(gòu)建完善的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和社會(huì)保障體系等方面闡述了天津?yàn)I海新區(qū)基于宜居住生態(tài)城市的建設(shè)途徑。
[Abstract]:Constructing ecological city, solving the enormous pressure and severe challenge of urbanization, population, environment and resources, and establishing a harmonious and beautiful livable environment has become the goal of many cities at home and abroad. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the problems existing in the construction of Tianjin Binhai New area from the perspective of livable eco-city construction, and to discuss the ways to construct the eco-city based on livable environment. It is expected to benefit the construction of livable ecological city in Tianjin Binhai New area. This paper first introduces the concept, connotation and characteristics of eco-city in detail, as well as the research situation of ecological city construction theory at home and abroad, and points out the deficiency of ecological city theory research in our country. Secondly, through the analysis of the current situation of eco-city construction at home and abroad, this paper summarizes the mode of eco-city construction from the aspects of ecological construction, urban planning, geographical characteristics and function of the city. Thirdly, it systematically introduces the development course, location characteristics and national strategic orientation of Tianjin Binhai New area, and puts forward the ecological city construction and development plan of Tianjin Binhai New area based on livable environment. Fourth, put forward the goal and guiding principle of constructing ecological city in Tianjin Binhai New area, and generalize the connotation of livable city in six aspects by analyzing the concept and connotation of livable city. Finally, from the perspective of livable ecological city construction, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current urban construction of Tianjin Binhai New area, and from the aspects of urban planning, government construction, perfecting the government management system, promoting industrial ecology, environmental protection and urban greening. In the aspects of community construction, improving ecological concept and constructing perfect infrastructure and social security system, this paper expounds the construction ways of Tianjin Binhai New area based on livable ecological city.
