帶鋼接頭的裝配式鋼筋混凝土梁抗剪性能研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著建筑行業(yè)工業(yè)化的發(fā)展,預制構件越來多地應用于工程中。在高層建筑中,常采用預制鋼筋混凝土梁與鋼柱或鋼管混凝土柱連接,但梁柱連接節(jié)點構造復雜、施工難度大。因此,本課題組基于專利《一種預制鋼-混凝土組合梁》(ZL201010213908.02),,對專利中介紹的鋼節(jié)點進行了改進,提出了兩種帶鋼接頭的裝配式鋼筋混凝土梁,并對這兩種新型梁進行了抗彎性能的試驗研究和有限元分析。研究結果表明,兩種新型梁呈現(xiàn)出明顯的三階段工作狀態(tài),具有良好的抗彎性能,開裂彎矩和極限彎矩與規(guī)范計算結果吻合良好,可沿用現(xiàn)行混凝土結構設計規(guī)范對其進行抗彎承載力設計。 由于鋼筋混凝土梁斜截面受剪性能的影響因素眾多,迄今為止尚缺乏一個完善的理論體系。對于本課題組前期提出的兩種帶鋼接頭的裝配式鋼筋混凝土梁,鋼接頭的位置正處于構件的剪跨區(qū),因此這兩種新型梁在彎剪共同作用下,鋼接頭會對其抗剪承載力及剪切破壞模式產(chǎn)生一定影響。為此本文對這兩種新型梁的抗剪性能進行了試驗研究及有限元模擬,并驗證及對比了中國、美國與歐洲規(guī)范對其進行抗剪承載力設計的適用性,具體包括以下三部分內(nèi)容: (1)帶鋼接頭的裝配式鋼筋混凝土梁抗剪性能試驗研究 本文設計了剪跨比為1.5和2.5的兩組共6個試件,每組試件包括兩個帶鋼接頭的裝配式鋼筋混凝土梁及1個普通鋼筋混凝土梁對比試件。試驗過程中測量了千斤頂反力,跨中、加載點及支座位移,鋼板、鋼筋及試件剪跨區(qū)混凝土應變,裂縫寬度及發(fā)展趨勢和鋼接頭上下翼緣界面鋼與混凝土間的滑移等,記錄了試件的破壞過程及最終破壞模式。 (2)帶鋼接頭的裝配式鋼筋混凝土梁有限元分析 采用有限元分析軟件ABAQUS對6個試件進行抗剪性能的分析,得到荷載-位移曲線,鋼筋、鋼板及混凝土的應變及裂縫發(fā)展過程等,與試驗結果進行對比,驗證模型的正確性。 (3)中國、美國及歐洲規(guī)范的抗剪承載力設計方法對比 將材料實測強度平均值帶入各國規(guī)范的抗剪承載力公式,對比各國規(guī)范計算結果與試驗值,驗證各國規(guī)范對兩種新型梁抗剪承載力設計的適應性,并對比各國規(guī)范抗剪承載力設計的保證率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of construction industry industrialization, prefabricated components are more and more used in engineering. In high-rise buildings, precast reinforced concrete beams are often used to connect with steel columns or concrete filled steel tubular columns, but Liang Zhu connection joints are complicated in structure and difficult in construction. Therefore, based on the patent < A prefabricated steel-concrete composite beam (ZL201010213908.02), the paper improves the steel joint introduced in patent, and puts forward two kinds of fabricated reinforced concrete beams with strip joints. Experimental study and finite element analysis on the bending behavior of these two new beams are carried out. The results show that the two new types of beams have obvious three-stage working state and have good bending performance. The results of cracking moment and ultimate moment agree well with the calculated results of the code. The flexural bearing capacity design of concrete structure can be carried out according to the current design code of concrete structure. There are many factors that influence the shear behavior of reinforced concrete beams with oblique sections, so far there is still a lack of a perfect theoretical system. For the fabricated reinforced concrete beams with two kinds of strip joints proposed by our research group, the position of the steel joints is in the shear span of the members, so these two new types of beams are under the joint action of bending and shear. The shear strength and shear failure mode of steel joint will be affected to some extent. In this paper, the shear behavior of these two new types of beams is tested and simulated by finite element method, and the applicability of Chinese, American and European codes for the design of shear bearing capacity is verified and compared. The main contents are as follows: (1) the experimental study on shear behavior of fabricated reinforced concrete beams with steel joints. In this paper, two groups of six specimens with shear span ratio of 1.5 and 2.5 are designed. Each set of specimens consists of two fabricated reinforced concrete beams with steel joints and one normal reinforced concrete beam as a contrast specimen. During the test, the reaction force of the Jack, the displacement of the middle span, the loading point and support, the strain of steel plate, steel bar and specimen shear, the width of crack and the developing trend of crack and the slip between steel and concrete at the upper and lower flange interface of steel joint were measured. The failure process and ultimate failure mode of the specimen were recorded. (2) finite element analysis of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams with steel strip joints. The shear behavior of six specimens was analyzed by finite element analysis software ABAQUS, and the load-displacement curve and steel bar were obtained. The strain and crack development of steel plate and concrete are compared with the test results to verify the correctness of the model. (3) the design methods of shear bearing capacity of Chinese, American and European codes are compared. The average value of measured strength of materials is introduced into the formulas of shear bearing capacity of national codes, and the calculation results and test values of national codes are compared. The adaptability of national codes to the design of shear bearing capacity of two new types of beams is verified, and the guarantee rate of the design of shear bearing capacity of different countries is compared.
