寒區(qū)加氣混凝土自保溫墻體材料性能研究

【摘要】:結(jié)合嚴(yán)寒地區(qū)建筑節(jié)能65%的要求,研究了B05級加氣混凝土的制備參數(shù)對性能的影響。重點(diǎn)研究了加氣混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度影響因素和降低加氣混凝土吸水率的技術(shù)措施。 首先研究了加氣混凝土的試驗(yàn)室制備工藝,確定了攪拌時(shí)間、養(yǎng)護(hù)條件、蒸養(yǎng)溫度和蒸壓時(shí)間等參數(shù),為制得優(yōu)質(zhì)加氣混凝土試塊奠定基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),研究了加氣混凝土試塊中生石灰消化問題和含水率對試塊成型的影響。 以強(qiáng)度為主要考核指標(biāo),采用正交設(shè)計(jì)以及試驗(yàn)調(diào)整粉煤灰、水泥和鋁粉用量,確定了制備B05級加氣混凝土的基本配合比為粉煤灰:水泥:石灰:石膏=69:12:15:4,水料比為0.53,減水劑摻量為物料的1‰,鋁粉摻量為石灰和水泥總量的0.56%;通過研究復(fù)摻引氣劑對加氣混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度和氣孔結(jié)構(gòu)的影響,確定了硅鐵合金粉的摻量為鋁粉用量的1/4,此時(shí)的孔結(jié)構(gòu)分布較為合理;通過研究不同類型混凝土早強(qiáng)劑對加氣混凝土性能的影響,,確定了氯化鈣摻量為水泥用量的0.25%時(shí),對加氣混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的提高作用最明顯;通過摻加聚丙烯纖維,確定了聚丙烯纖維摻量為膠凝材料用量的0.1%時(shí),制得加氣混凝土的干密度為518kg/m3,抗壓強(qiáng)度為3.6MPa。 同時(shí),針對加氣混凝土的吸水率較大,對加氣混凝土的施工和保溫不利,加氣混凝土的抗凍性也較差的特點(diǎn)。本文通過研究不同類型憎水劑對加氣混凝土吸水率的影響,結(jié)果表明:有機(jī)硅類憎水劑能提高加氣混凝土漿體的流動性,但使得加氣混凝土孔結(jié)構(gòu)變差,可以降低加氣混凝土基體的吸水率但并不能降低加氣混凝土試塊的吸水率;硬脂酸鈣會降低加氣混凝土吸水率同時(shí)也會降低漿體流動性,硬脂酸鈣摻量為3.0%時(shí),加氣混凝土的吸水率為35.8%。 最后,對加氣混凝土的吸水率和抗凍性的關(guān)系進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。低強(qiáng)度高吸水率的加氣混凝土試塊抗凍性較差。摻入憎水劑的加氣混凝土強(qiáng)度略有降低,摻入硬脂酸鈣后,加氣混凝土的抗凍性得到改善。
[Abstract]:According to the requirement of building energy saving 65% in severe cold area, the influence of preparation parameters of B05 grade aerated concrete on performance was studied. The factors affecting the compressive strength of aerated concrete and the technical measures to reduce the water absorption rate of aerated concrete are studied. Firstly, the preparation technology of aerated concrete in laboratory was studied, and the parameters such as stirring time, curing condition, steaming temperature and autoclaving time were determined, which laid a foundation for the preparation of high quality aerated concrete test blocks. At the same time, the problem of quicklime digestion in aerated concrete and the effect of moisture content on sample forming were studied. Taking strength as the main test index, adopting orthogonal design and adjusting the dosage of fly ash, cement and aluminum powder, the basic mix ratio of preparing B05 grade aerated concrete is determined as fly ash: cement: lime: gypsum = 69: 12: 15: 4, The ratio of water to material is 0.53, the amount of water reducing agent is 1 鈥
