集中供熱智能控制系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:城市集中供熱系統(tǒng)是城市經(jīng)濟建設(shè)和社會發(fā)展的重要基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,其發(fā)展水平代表著城市現(xiàn)代化的程度,發(fā)展節(jié)能和環(huán)保型的集中供熱系統(tǒng)已成為城市供熱的發(fā)展趨勢。利用現(xiàn)代化的科技手段,建設(shè)遠程智能集中供熱系統(tǒng)是近年來人們追求的目標(biāo)之一。 在參考大量國內(nèi)外集中供熱系統(tǒng)以及供熱溫度控制系統(tǒng)研究現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,介紹了供熱系統(tǒng)換熱站的組成、工作原理和供熱調(diào)節(jié)方法;以曹妃甸集中供熱系統(tǒng)為研究背景,設(shè)計了集中供熱系統(tǒng)的組成和控制方案;應(yīng)用模糊控制理論設(shè)計了換熱站溫度控制系統(tǒng);以供水流量和室外溫度作為輸入,以回水溫度作為輸出,設(shè)計出了集中供熱的二維模糊控制器。 在換熱站溫度控制系統(tǒng)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,,設(shè)計了由熱網(wǎng)監(jiān)控中心、熱力站監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)和無線通訊系統(tǒng)三部分組成的遠程集中供熱監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。上級為監(jiān)控中心,下級為各個熱力站,通過3G無線網(wǎng)絡(luò)將各熱力站與監(jiān)控中心相連,各部分協(xié)調(diào)工作,實現(xiàn)熱網(wǎng)監(jiān)控的各項功能。利用iFIX組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)了監(jiān)控中心上位機熱網(wǎng)監(jiān)控軟件,該軟件具有現(xiàn)場實時數(shù)據(jù)監(jiān)控功能,不僅可以顯示一次網(wǎng)和二次網(wǎng)的供回水溫度、壓力、流量等設(shè)備運行參數(shù),還具有對現(xiàn)場設(shè)備進行異常和故障監(jiān)測,顯示實時報警數(shù)據(jù)以及打印報表等功能。 該供熱智能控制系統(tǒng)已投入實際應(yīng)用,效果良好,達到了降低能耗、提高經(jīng)濟效益的目的。
[Abstract]:Urban central heating system is an important infrastructure for urban economic construction and social development. Its development level represents the degree of urban modernization. The development of energy-saving and environment-friendly central heating system has become the development trend of urban heating. It is one of the goals that people pursue in recent years to construct remote intelligent central heating system by means of modern science and technology. On the basis of referring to a large number of domestic and international central heating systems and the research status of heating temperature control system, the composition, working principle and heating regulation method of heat exchange station of heating system are introduced. Based on the research background of Caofeidian central heating system, the composition and control scheme of central heating system are designed, and the temperature control system of heat exchange station is designed by using fuzzy control theory. A two dimensional fuzzy controller for central heating is designed by taking the water supply flow and outdoor temperature as input and backwater temperature as output. Based on the research of the temperature control system of the heat exchanger station, a remote central heating monitoring system is designed, which is composed of three parts: the monitoring center of the heat network, the monitoring system of the thermal station and the wireless communication system. The superior is the monitoring center and the subordinate is each thermal station. Through 3G wireless network, each thermal station is connected to the monitoring center, and each part coordinates the work to realize the various functions of the heat network monitoring. Using iFIX configuration software, the monitoring software of upper computer heat network in monitoring center is developed. The software has the function of real time data monitoring on the spot. It can not only display the temperature, pressure and flow rate of the primary network and secondary network, but also display the operation parameters of the equipment, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate and so on. It also has the functions of abnormal and fault monitoring, displaying real-time alarm data and printing report forms. The intelligent heating control system has been put into practical application, and the effect is good. The purpose of reducing energy consumption and increasing economic benefit is achieved.
