框架結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)辨識及損傷診斷方法的改進與應(yīng)用

【摘要】:工程結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)參數(shù)辨識及損傷診斷是結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測的核心技術(shù)與理論基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)構(gòu)的地震損傷可以通過結(jié)構(gòu)物理參數(shù)及動力特性的變化來估計,,這樣就可用模態(tài)參數(shù)辨識方法來評估結(jié)構(gòu)的地震損傷。結(jié)構(gòu)地震損傷評估為震后結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性評定及加固修復(fù)提供理論依據(jù),具有較重要的工程實用價值。本文首先提出了結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)參數(shù)辨識與損傷診斷的方法,進而對結(jié)構(gòu)地震損傷進行評估,主要研究內(nèi)容歸納如下: ①簡要介紹了相關(guān)的研究背景和意義,對結(jié)構(gòu)模態(tài)參數(shù)辨識方法、結(jié)構(gòu)損傷診斷方法及地震損傷評估方法的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進行了闡述。 ②針對經(jīng)驗?zāi)J椒纸獯嬖诘娜秉c,提出了將數(shù)字濾波器和經(jīng)驗?zāi)J椒纸饨Y(jié)合的ARMA法、SRCE法、STD法,針對四層鋼框架試驗?zāi)P、BHM Benchmark試驗?zāi)P秃头抡婺P瓦M行了模態(tài)參數(shù)辨識。辨識結(jié)果表明,所提方法能有效分離密集模態(tài),避免了單獨使用經(jīng)驗?zāi)J椒纸饪赡艹霈F(xiàn)的模態(tài)混疊問題,免除了ARMA法、SRCE法、STD法定階問題的困擾。進一步與隨機子空間法的模態(tài)參數(shù)辨識結(jié)果進行了對比。 ③結(jié)合模態(tài)應(yīng)變能變化率指標(biāo)法和直接解析法的優(yōu)點,提出了一種新的兩階段損傷診斷方法:第一階段使用模態(tài)應(yīng)變能變化率指標(biāo)進行損傷定位,第二階段使用直接解析法對損傷單元進行損傷定量。數(shù)值分析結(jié)果表明:所提方法不僅大大降低了直接解析法損傷未知量的求解數(shù)目,而且大大降低了損傷識別所需的模態(tài)階數(shù),僅需結(jié)構(gòu)的低階模態(tài)就能準(zhǔn)確地進行損傷診斷,這樣在理論上更加接近于工程實用。 ④通過計算結(jié)構(gòu)地震損傷前后模態(tài)參數(shù)的變化量,并建立這種變化與結(jié)構(gòu)損傷狀態(tài)參數(shù)的關(guān)系,提出了一種實用的結(jié)構(gòu)地震損傷評估方法。利用IDARC對五層鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu)進行地震反應(yīng)分析,繪出結(jié)構(gòu)各層的損傷指數(shù)時程曲線來對結(jié)構(gòu)地震響應(yīng)進行分段,運用隨機子空間方法識別出完好狀態(tài)和破壞狀態(tài)下的模態(tài)參數(shù)。通過改變輸入地震動的加速度峰值來獲得結(jié)構(gòu)在不同損傷程度下的模態(tài)參數(shù),從而建立結(jié)構(gòu)整體損傷指數(shù)與模態(tài)參數(shù)變化的關(guān)系,并擬合了經(jīng)驗公式。這樣就可以由模態(tài)參數(shù)變化得到的結(jié)構(gòu)整體損傷指數(shù)來評估結(jié)構(gòu)的地震損傷狀態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Modal parameter identification and damage diagnosis of engineering structures are the core technology and theoretical basis of structural health monitoring. The seismic damage of structures can be estimated by the changes of physical parameters and dynamic characteristics of structures, so the modal parameter identification method can be used to evaluate the seismic damage of structures. Seismic damage assessment of structures provides a theoretical basis for the safety assessment and reinforcement and repair of post-earthquake structures, which is of great practical value in engineering. In this paper, a method of structural modal parameter identification and damage diagnosis is put forward, and then the seismic damage of structure is evaluated. The main research contents are summarized as follows: 1 the research background and significance are briefly introduced. The research status of structural modal parameter identification method, structural damage diagnosis method and seismic damage assessment method at home and abroad are described. (2) aiming at the shortcomings of empirical mode decomposition, ARMA method, SRCE method and STD method are proposed to combine digital filter and empirical mode decomposition. Modal parameter identification is carried out for, BHM Benchmark test model and simulation model of four-layer steel frame test model. The identification results show that the proposed method can effectively separate the dense modes, avoid the problem of modal aliasing which may occur by using empirical mode decomposition alone, and eliminate the problem of ARMA method, SRCE method and STD order problem. The results are compared with the modal parameter identification results of the stochastic subspace method. (3) combining the advantages of modal strain energy change rate index method and direct analytical method, a new two-stage damage diagnosis method is proposed. In the first stage, the modal strain energy change rate index is used to locate the damage. In the second stage, direct analytical method was used to quantify the damage. The results of numerical analysis show that the proposed method not only reduces the number of damage unknowns solved by direct analytical method, but also reduces the number of modal orders required for damage identification. In theory, it is closer to engineering practice. 4. By calculating the variation of modal parameters before and after earthquake damage, and establishing the relationship between this change and structural damage state parameters, a practical method for structural seismic damage assessment is proposed. The seismic response of five-story reinforced concrete frame structure is analyzed by IDARC, and the damage index time-history curve of each layer is drawn to segment the seismic response of the structure. The random subspace method is used to identify the modal parameters in the intact state and the failure state. The modal parameters of the structure with different damage degree are obtained by changing the acceleration peak of the input ground motion, and the relationship between the structural damage index and the modal parameters is established, and the empirical formula is fitted. In this way, the seismic damage state of the structure can be evaluated by the damage index of the whole structure obtained from the variation of the modal parameters.
