基于巴渝傳統(tǒng)民居被動(dòng)式降溫模式的村鎮(zhèn)住區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:傳統(tǒng)民居是適應(yīng)自然、因地制宜的產(chǎn)物。在眾多的自然因素中,對(duì)氣候的適應(yīng)是民居營(yíng)建中需要考慮的重要方面。在有限的經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)條件下,傳統(tǒng)民居形成了一系列樸素而行之有效地適應(yīng)氣候的手段、方式和方法。在今天看來(lái),這些方法就是所謂的被動(dòng)式策略。在能耗問(wèn)題突出的今天,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)民居被動(dòng)式技術(shù)的研究,具有極強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 巴渝地區(qū)地理?xiàng)l件復(fù)雜,氣候濕熱,使得建筑環(huán)境悶熱難耐,建筑技術(shù)對(duì)環(huán)境的應(yīng)對(duì)就是如何降溫維持熱舒適性。地理與氣候的相互作用,產(chǎn)生了多樣的微氣候環(huán)境,更加重住宅環(huán)境的悶熱狀況,在長(zhǎng)期適應(yīng)和改進(jìn)過(guò)程中,巴渝地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)民居形成了眾多具有鮮明特色的被動(dòng)式降溫方法。然而,對(duì)于這一點(diǎn)長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)缺乏系統(tǒng)性的研究。同時(shí),在快速城鎮(zhèn)化和新農(nóng)村建設(shè)的過(guò)程,對(duì)傳統(tǒng)營(yíng)建智慧的忽視,導(dǎo)致了村鎮(zhèn)住區(qū)的能耗問(wèn)題突出。 針對(duì)上述問(wèn)題,本文系統(tǒng)的總結(jié)了巴渝地區(qū)傳統(tǒng)村鎮(zhèn)聚落的被動(dòng)式降溫經(jīng)驗(yàn),并結(jié)合眾多實(shí)例分析提出了傳統(tǒng)被動(dòng)式降溫方法如何應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代住區(qū)中,最后結(jié)合實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,進(jìn)一步分析和應(yīng)用了相關(guān)策略。本文一共分為五個(gè)部分: 第一部分是緒論部分,主要交代本文的研究背景、目的及意義,相關(guān)研究成果綜述等內(nèi)容,界定本文的研究范圍以及相關(guān)研究方法,提出本文的研究框架。 第二部分解決認(rèn)知問(wèn)題,對(duì)巴渝地區(qū)的氣候環(huán)境進(jìn)行了總結(jié),然后結(jié)合各地民居的不同形態(tài)解析了聚落空間與氣候條件的關(guān)聯(lián)性,最后梳理了巴渝村鎮(zhèn)住區(qū)的發(fā)展沿革以及現(xiàn)狀存在的問(wèn)題。 第三部分是解決方法問(wèn)題,共兩個(gè)個(gè)章節(jié),前一章節(jié)從通風(fēng)降溫,遮陽(yáng)降溫,隔熱降溫和環(huán)境降溫四方面詳細(xì)分析了巴渝地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)傳統(tǒng)聚落的被動(dòng)式降溫模式,后一章節(jié)首先分析了現(xiàn)代村鎮(zhèn)住區(qū)與傳統(tǒng)聚落的差異,,然后結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外的眾多住區(qū)案例分析中,從建筑布局,形體設(shè)計(jì)和構(gòu)件設(shè)計(jì)三個(gè)方面分析了將傳統(tǒng)民居被動(dòng)式降溫方式應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代村鎮(zhèn)住區(qū)的方式方法。 第四部分通過(guò)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐“重慶市開縣紅光村居民小區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)”,對(duì)本文的研究成果進(jìn)行實(shí)際應(yīng)用。 第五部分總結(jié)全文,概括本文的研究成果以及本論文的不足。
[Abstract]:Traditional residence is the product of adapting to nature and adapting to local conditions. Among many natural factors, climate adaptation is an important aspect to be considered in the construction of residential buildings. Under the condition of limited economy and technology, traditional houses have formed a series of simple and effective means, methods and methods to adapt to the climate. Today, these methods are called passive strategies. Nowadays, the problem of energy consumption is prominent, the research on passive technology of traditional residence is of great practical significance. The complex geographical conditions and humid and hot climate in Bao-Yu area make the building environment sultry and difficult to endure. How to cool down and maintain thermal comfort is the way to deal with the environment by building technology. The interaction of geography and climate has produced a variety of microclimate environment, and aggravated the muggy condition of residential environment. In the process of long-term adaptation and improvement, many passive cooling methods with distinct characteristics have been formed in traditional houses in Bayu area. However, there has been a lack of systematic research on this point for a long time. At the same time, in the process of rapid urbanization and new rural construction, the traditional wisdom of construction is ignored, which leads to the problem of energy consumption in villages and towns. In view of the above problems, this paper systematically summarizes the passive cooling experience of the traditional villages and towns in Bayu area, and puts forward how to apply the traditional passive cooling method to the modern residential area, and finally combines with the actual project. Further analysis and application of relevant strategies. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction part, mainly describes the research background, purpose and significance of this article, related research results, and so on, defines the scope of this research and related research methods. The research framework of this paper is put forward. The second part solves the cognitive problems, summarizes the climate and environment in Bayu area, and then analyzes the relationship between settlement space and climate conditions according to the different forms of residential buildings. Finally, the paper combs the development history and existing problems of the village and town residential area in Bayu. The third part is to solve the problem, there are two chapters, the former chapter from the ventilation cooling, sunshade cooling, heat insulation cooling and environmental cooling four aspects of the traditional villages and towns in the Bayu area, the traditional settlement of the passive cooling model. The latter chapter first analyzes the differences between modern villages and towns and traditional settlements, and then combines with the many cases of residential areas at home and abroad, from the architectural layout, This paper analyzes the ways and means of applying the passive cooling method of traditional residential buildings to modern villages and towns from the aspects of body design and component design. In the fourth part, through the design practice of "Hongguang Village Residential District Design in Kaixian County, Chongqing", the research results of this paper are applied in practice. The fifth part summarizes the full text, summarizes the research results and the shortcomings of this paper.
