混凝土在不同約束下局部受壓的破壞分析

【摘要】:由于混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)在局壓荷載作用下承載力不足帶來的工程事故逐年增多,混凝土局部受壓的問題變得不容忽視。在以往的工程中,對(duì)于混凝土局壓問題一般采取布置螺旋箍筋或鋼筋網(wǎng)片的方法以增強(qiáng)混凝土局壓部位的抗壓強(qiáng)度,但抗局壓效果并不明顯,而且造成了大量的鋼材浪費(fèi)。隨著預(yù)應(yīng)力技術(shù)的發(fā)展,為解決混凝土局部受壓問題提供了新的途徑,進(jìn)一步完善混凝土在局部受壓領(lǐng)域的分析,具有一定的研究意義。本課題就混凝土抵抗局部受壓的三種形式展開,即素混凝土試塊,加入鋼筋網(wǎng)片的混凝土試塊,加入預(yù)應(yīng)力筋的混凝土試塊。利用ANSYS軟件對(duì)試塊添加軸心、偏心的局部壓力,通過對(duì)比不同受力情況下的應(yīng)力云圖以及裂縫開展圖,結(jié)合極限承載力數(shù)值得出不同形式的混凝土試塊的受力特點(diǎn)與特性。最后將分析結(jié)果與理論計(jì)算的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,得出混凝土在局部受壓過程中的規(guī)律。最后對(duì)比不同形式試塊的裂縫開展情況,得出最佳的混凝土抗局壓體系。本文的研究成果使混凝土局部受壓方面得到了補(bǔ)充和完善,并在前人的基礎(chǔ)上提供了新的解決途徑,對(duì)混凝土新規(guī)范的制定起到參考作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the increasing number of engineering accidents caused by insufficient bearing capacity of concrete structures under local compression load, the problem of local compression of concrete can not be ignored. In previous projects, the method of placing spiral stirrups or steel mesh to enhance the compressive strength of concrete partial compression is usually adopted to solve the problem of concrete partial compression, but the effect of local compression is not obvious, and a large amount of steel is wasted. With the development of prestressing technology, it provides a new way to solve the problem of local compression of concrete, and further improves the analysis of concrete in the field of local compression, which has certain research significance. In this paper, three forms of concrete resistance to local compression are developed, namely plain concrete test block, concrete specimen with reinforced mesh and prestressed concrete test block. The axial and eccentric local pressure is added to the specimen by ANSYS software. By comparing the stress cloud diagram and crack development diagram under different stress conditions, combined with the ultimate bearing capacity value, the stress characteristics and characteristics of different concrete test blocks are obtained. Finally, the law of concrete under local compression is obtained by comparing the analysis results with the results of theoretical calculation. Finally, by comparing the crack development of different test blocks, the best concrete local compression system is obtained. The research results of this paper make the concrete local compression to be supplemented and perfected, and provide a new way to solve the problem on the basis of the predecessors, and play a reference role in the formulation of the new concrete code.
