【摘要】：隨著老齡化的腳步蔓延至全球，各個(gè)國(guó)家依次開始探討營(yíng)造符合老年人需求的身心環(huán)境。作為人口大國(guó)，我國(guó)的老年人口如今已經(jīng)接近兩億，依據(jù)我國(guó)的國(guó)情，建設(shè)為老年人提供符合他們身心需求的居住環(huán)境，更是成為當(dāng)今社會(huì)的熱點(diǎn)。尤其是為了彌補(bǔ)和改善老年人由于生理衰退和自身變化產(chǎn)生的失落情感，近年來很多學(xué)者開始著手研究“老年公寓”這一新興的老年性住宅，而有關(guān)于老年公寓的文章研究這幾年也呈井噴態(tài)勢(shì)發(fā)展。通過筆者的調(diào)研整理與文獻(xiàn)翻閱，發(fā)現(xiàn)大多數(shù)學(xué)者的研究都是基于社會(huì)心理學(xué)以及行為心理學(xué)來研究老年公寓中的老年人，從而得出關(guān)于老年公寓設(shè)計(jì)方面的結(jié)論。而該文以一個(gè)新的角度——基于不同老年人特征，充分考慮不同老年人的生理、心理、行為特征，探索符合并促進(jìn)老年人交流需求的新型居住空間環(huán)境。 首先，本論文以老年公寓中交流空間為研究對(duì)象，通過對(duì)相關(guān)案例的分析總結(jié)，和不同老年人日常行為規(guī)律觀察總結(jié)，以及老年公寓中交流空間的功能構(gòu)成、布局形態(tài)、空間構(gòu)成、比例關(guān)系、內(nèi)部設(shè)施及人性化等方面進(jìn)行實(shí)際調(diào)研和考察，，依托建筑學(xué)、行為心理學(xué)、護(hù)理學(xué)等多學(xué)科綜合研究，提出不同類型老年人和交流空間的關(guān)系，根據(jù)他們的特殊訴求探索符合不同老年人的老年公寓交流空間的設(shè)計(jì)策略。
[Abstract]:With the pace of aging spreading to the world, countries in turn began to explore the creation of a physical and mental environment that meets the needs of the elderly. As a large country with large population, the elderly population in our country is now close to 200 million. According to the national conditions of our country, it has become a hot spot in our society to build a living environment that meets their physical and mental needs. Especially in order to make up for and improve the old people's lost feelings caused by the physiological decline and their own changes, in recent years, many scholars have begun to study the "apartment for the elderly", a new kind of senile residence. And there is an article on the elderly apartment research in recent years also showed a blowout trend. Through the author's research and literature review, it is found that the majority of scholars' research is based on social psychology and behavioral psychology to study the elderly in the elderly apartment, so as to draw a conclusion on the design of the apartment for the elderly. In this paper, based on the characteristics of different elderly people, the author fully considers the physiological, psychological and behavioral characteristics of different elderly people, and explores a new living space environment that meets and promotes the communication needs of the elderly. First of all, this paper takes the communication space in the apartment for the elderly as the research object, through the analysis and summary of the related cases, and the observation and summary of different old people's daily behavior law, as well as the function composition and the layout form of the communication space in the old age apartment. The relationship between different types of old people and communication space is put forward based on the comprehensive research of architecture, behavioral psychology, nursing and so on, in the aspects of space composition, proportional relationship, internal facilities and humanization, and so on. According to their special demands, this paper explores the design strategy of communication space for different elderly people's apartments.
