重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑用能模型研究

【摘要】:能源是人類賴以發(fā)展的根源,村鎮(zhèn)作為一個(gè)快速崛起的群體,在能源消費(fèi)中占據(jù)了越來越重要的地位。隨著村鎮(zhèn)生活水平的提高,村鎮(zhèn)能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)已發(fā)生較大變化,電、燃?xì)獾壬唐纺茉词褂昧吭诰用裆钣媚苤腥諠u突顯。本文通過對(duì)重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居民、經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源消費(fèi)等基本情況進(jìn)行調(diào)研,分析其用能需求、用能特性現(xiàn)狀,結(jié)合調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),基于用電設(shè)施實(shí)測(cè),建立重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑用能模型,并基于用能模型進(jìn)行村鎮(zhèn)用能分析。 論文選取重慶地區(qū)永川、江津、長(zhǎng)壽、璧山四個(gè)區(qū)縣的十二個(gè)村鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行調(diào)研,就其建筑、人口、經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源消費(fèi)現(xiàn)狀以及不同季節(jié)的村鎮(zhèn)居民用能習(xí)慣等進(jìn)行了問卷調(diào)查,,了解當(dāng)?shù)鼐用竦挠媚芊绞郊傲?xí)慣,分析重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)居民的經(jīng)濟(jì)、能源消費(fèi)水平及能源需求現(xiàn)狀。 針對(duì)重慶村鎮(zhèn)住宅常見用電設(shè)施的運(yùn)行功率進(jìn)行每項(xiàng)用電設(shè)施測(cè)試周期為一周的實(shí)地監(jiān)測(cè),對(duì)其用電特性進(jìn)行基礎(chǔ)性研究,結(jié)合調(diào)研情況及理論計(jì)算,對(duì)重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅薪柴耗量、天然氣耗量、液化石油氣耗量、沼氣耗量等進(jìn)行用能模型建立,通過數(shù)學(xué)模型簡(jiǎn)化,并以數(shù)學(xué)函數(shù)形式表示,建立重慶村鎮(zhèn)地區(qū)住宅用能模型。在用能模型的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合調(diào)研所得住宅用電設(shè)施及用能種類的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù),基于Microsoft excel編程平臺(tái)進(jìn)行模型用能邏輯關(guān)系處理及擬合使用系數(shù),計(jì)算得到村鎮(zhèn)住宅用能模型值,將用能模型值與調(diào)研值進(jìn)行對(duì)比,通過直觀作圖、F及配對(duì)T檢驗(yàn)用以驗(yàn)證重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑用能模型,經(jīng)驗(yàn)證,用能模型可基本反映重慶村鎮(zhèn)用能實(shí)際耗量。 通過用能模型對(duì)重慶市村鎮(zhèn)能源消費(fèi)進(jìn)行定量分析,得到不同用能模式下重慶村鎮(zhèn)住宅各季節(jié)典型日用能曲線,分析不同用能模式下的村鎮(zhèn)住宅生活用能特性;谟媚苣P陀(jì)算終端用能耗量,探討重慶村鎮(zhèn)住宅用能現(xiàn)狀及能源消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu),并按照能源消費(fèi)特征將重慶村鎮(zhèn)分為三大類。通過重慶村鎮(zhèn)住宅用能分析為重慶村鎮(zhèn)住宅建筑節(jié)能工作提供一定的基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。 基于村鎮(zhèn)住宅用能模型的建立,以SPSS軟件平臺(tái)進(jìn)行重慶村鎮(zhèn)住宅進(jìn)行三種方式用能聚類:方式1、各終端能耗用量的住宅聚類;方式2、基于不同能源種類的各終端用能的住宅聚類;方式3、商品能源用量的住宅聚類。據(jù)聚類結(jié)果分析,其影響分類的主要因素為炊事、夏季降溫用能、電能消耗。將經(jīng)濟(jì)收入因素融入分析,以三個(gè)等級(jí)(-1,0,1)對(duì)用能耗量及經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)行判別,劃分各類住宅用能等級(jí)區(qū)間,分析各類住宅用能特點(diǎn),得到經(jīng)濟(jì)因素與用能量的關(guān)系。根據(jù)調(diào)研情況,結(jié)合生活用能分析、聚類分析結(jié)果,提出重慶地區(qū)村鎮(zhèn)住宅關(guān)于炊事、家用電器、夏季降溫、冬季采暖用能的節(jié)能策略及關(guān)注點(diǎn)。
[Abstract]:Energy is the root of human development. As a rapidly rising group, villages and towns play a more and more important role in energy consumption. With the improvement of living standards in villages and towns, the energy consumption structure of villages and towns has changed greatly, and the consumption of energy such as electricity, gas and other commodities has become increasingly prominent in the daily use of energy. Based on the investigation of the village and town residents, economy, energy consumption and so on in Chongqing, this paper analyzes the energy use demand and the current situation of energy use characteristics, and combines the survey data, based on the actual measurement of power facilities. The energy use model of the residential buildings in Chongqing area is established, and the energy use analysis is carried out based on the energy use model. This paper selects 12 villages and towns in Yongchuan, Jiang Jin, Longevity and Bishan counties in Chongqing area to investigate their buildings, population, economy, energy consumption status and energy use habits of villagers in different seasons. To understand the energy use patterns and habits of local residents, and analyze the economy, energy consumption level and energy demand of the residents in Chongqing. According to the running power of the common electric facilities in the villages and towns of Chongqing, this paper carries out a one-week field monitoring for each test period of the power facilities, carries on the basic research on its power characteristics, combines the investigation situation and the theoretical calculation. The energy consumption model of villages and towns in Chongqing is established, such as fuelwood consumption, natural gas consumption, liquefied petroleum gas consumption and biogas consumption. The model is simplified by mathematical model and expressed as mathematical function. On the basis of the energy use model, combined with the basic data of the residential power facilities and kinds of energy used, the model energy logical relation processing and the fitting using coefficient are carried out based on the Microsoft excel programming platform, and the values of the village house energy use model are calculated. By comparing the energy use model value with the investigation value, using the visual drawing, F and paired T test to verify the building energy consumption model of the villages and towns in Chongqing area, the energy use model can basically reflect the actual energy consumption of the villages and towns in Chongqing. Through the quantitative analysis of energy consumption in villages and towns in Chongqing, the typical daily energy curves of different energy use modes are obtained, and the characteristics of energy consumption in villages and towns under different energy use modes are analyzed. Based on the energy consumption model to calculate the energy consumption of the terminal, this paper discusses the present situation of energy consumption and the energy consumption structure of the towns and villages in Chongqing, and divides Chongqing villages and towns into three categories according to the characteristics of energy consumption. This paper provides some basic data for energy saving work of residential buildings in Chongqing through energy use analysis of villages and towns in Chongqing. Based on the establishment of the energy use model of villages and towns, the SPSS software platform is used to carry out three kinds of energy use clustering in Chongqing villages and towns: mode 1, residential clustering of each terminal energy consumption; Mode 2, the residential cluster based on the terminal energy of different kinds of energy, and the residential cluster of commodity energy consumption in mode 3. According to cluster analysis, the main factors affecting classification are cooking, summer cooling and energy consumption. In this paper, the factors of economic income are integrated into the analysis, and the energy consumption and economy are judged by three grades (-1 / 0 / 1), and the energy consumption grades of various residential buildings are divided, and the characteristics of energy use of various kinds of houses are analyzed, and the relationship between economic factors and energy consumption is obtained. According to the investigation situation, combined with the analysis of daily energy and the result of cluster analysis, this paper puts forward the energy saving strategies and concerns of the villages and towns in Chongqing about cooking, household appliances, cooling in summer and heating in winter.
