【摘要】：本著“以人為本”的人性化理念，從老年公寓的目前的實際現(xiàn)狀出發(fā)去研究分析，并在過程中沉淀關于老年公寓的人性化細節(jié)設計；解決在設計過程中出現(xiàn)的三大方面問題：老年公寓的室內細節(jié)人性化設計問題、室外環(huán)境與人心理影響的關系處理、人性化的設計建設和模式設計。 在老年公寓的的發(fā)展和建設過程中，通過人性化的細節(jié)設計，，讓這種專用的復合住宅形式得到更合理的規(guī)劃和設置，為使用者提供一個真正能符合年齡層次和行動能力的大環(huán)境；從衣、食、住、行多個方面覆蓋人性化設計的關懷，尤其是解決了其根本的生活障礙，將室內的起居室、衛(wèi)生間、電梯間、通道、共享空間和室外的景觀休息區(qū)、道路、鋪裝、綠化等有機地、人性化地串聯(lián)起來，形成一個處處有人性化關懷的更加有愛的整體。 由于老年公寓在目前的中國尚且屬于嘗試性的發(fā)展階段，沒有更多可供我們研究和學習的成功模式，這就注定了我們要學習趟著石頭過河，在老年公寓于國內沒有實現(xiàn)規(guī)模化和市場化的井噴增長前，努力研究其更符合我國國情的人性化的設計，并將研究成果付諸應用。 老年公寓人性化設計從點滴研究開始，會逐漸改變老年人未來的生活、生存模式，給我國嚴重老齡化的社會福利事業(yè)提供一個多向解決之道。
[Abstract]:In line with the "people-oriented" concept of humanization, from the current actual situation of the apartment for the elderly to study and analyze, and in the process of settling the details of the elderly apartment design; Three major problems appeared in the design process: humanized design of the interior details of the elderly apartment, the relationship between the outdoor environment and the psychological influence of human beings, the design construction of the humanization and the design of the pattern. In the course of the development and construction of the apartment for the aged, through the humanized detail design, this special compound housing form can be more reasonably planned and set up. To provide users with an environment that is truly age-appropriate and mobile; Covering the care of humanized design from the aspects of clothing, food, housing and transportation, especially solving its fundamental living obstacles, bringing together indoor living rooms, bathrooms, elevators, passageways, shared space and outdoor landscape rest areas, roads, pavements, Afforest and other organic, humanized series, forming a humanistic care everywhere a more loving whole. Since apartments for the elderly are still at a tentative stage of development in China, there are no more successful models for us to study and learn, so we are destined to learn to cross the river with stones. Before the large scale and market-oriented blowout growth of the old apartment in our country, we try to study the humanized design which is more suitable to the national conditions of our country, and put the research results into practice. The humanized design of the elderly apartment will gradually change the future life and survival mode of the elderly, and provide a multi-direction solution to the serious aging social welfare in our country.
