【摘要】：酒店是除了家之外,為人們提供住宿的一大建筑類型。它的發(fā)展伴隨著人類文明的發(fā)展,直至今日,酒店囊括了越來越多的功能,變成一個(gè)復(fù)雜的機(jī)器。對(duì)于一個(gè)大規(guī)模的星級(jí)酒店,它的功能組織非常復(fù)雜,組織的好壞決定了酒店能否良好運(yùn)行。與酒店行業(yè)的日新月異形成對(duì)比的是中國相關(guān)的酒店規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和酒店設(shè)計(jì)參考資料的相對(duì)滯后,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)普遍低于當(dāng)前酒店的一般水平,難以用來指導(dǎo)酒店設(shè)計(jì)。而另一方面,知名的跨國酒店集團(tuán)在中國的酒店數(shù)量增長迅速,每個(gè)集團(tuán)為了保證自家集團(tuán)酒店在全世界范圍內(nèi)的品質(zhì)和特色,結(jié)合集團(tuán)的酒店管理,都有自己的酒店設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。這些設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)內(nèi)容詳盡,緊跟甚至引領(lǐng)酒店的發(fā)展,可以很好地指導(dǎo)酒店設(shè)計(jì)。但因?yàn)檫@些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)是針對(duì)跨國酒店集團(tuán)的,在一些方面不盡符合中國的規(guī)范和要求,還不為國內(nèi)建筑師熟知。本人的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是位于南京市溧水縣石湫影視基地內(nèi)一個(gè)五星級(jí)度假酒店,酒店要求滿足600人的住宿和會(huì)議。于是本人希望能夠結(jié)合國內(nèi)的酒店設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和跨國酒店集團(tuán)的設(shè)計(jì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以此來指導(dǎo)自己的設(shè)計(jì)。這也成為此畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的一大研究?jī)?nèi)容：通過研究和設(shè)計(jì)理解并融會(huì)不同的酒店規(guī)范標(biāo)準(zhǔn),掌握酒店的功能布局和組織。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的場(chǎng)地位于自然環(huán)境中,度假酒店對(duì)景觀要求很高,而酒店規(guī)模較大,如何最大程度地利用景觀又能與環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào)成為設(shè)計(jì)的另一大研究?jī)?nèi)容,本人希望能夠從體量布局、建筑形式、材料選擇等方面探索大體量建筑與自然相融合的方式。
[Abstract]:Hotels are a major type of building that provides accommodation for people in addition to home. Its development is accompanied by the development of human civilization, until today, hotels include more and more functions and become a complex machine. For a large-scale star hotel, its functional organization is very complex, the organization determines whether the hotel can run well. In contrast with the rapid changes in the hotel industry, the relative lag of China's related hotel standards and hotel design reference materials is generally lower than the current general level of hotel design, so it is difficult to guide hotel design. On the other hand, the number of hotels in China by well-known multinational hotel groups is growing rapidly. In order to ensure the quality and characteristics of their hotels worldwide, each group combines the hotel management of the group. Have their own hotel design standards. These design standards are detailed, follow and even lead the development of hotel, can guide hotel design very well. But because these standards are for multinational hotel groups, in some ways not in line with China's norms and requirements, not known to domestic architects. My graduation project is located in the Lishui film and television base in Nanjing a five-star resort hotel required to meet the accommodation and meeting of 600 people. So I hope to be able to combine the domestic standards of hotel design and the design standards of multinational hotel groups to guide their design. This has become a major research content of this graduation project: understanding and integrating different hotel standards through research and design, mastering the functional layout and organization of the hotel. The venue of graduation design is located in the natural environment, the resort hotel requires the landscape very high, but the hotel scale is large, how to make the best use of the landscape and coordinate with the environment becomes another major research content of the design. I hope to explore the integration of mass architecture and nature from the aspects of mass layout, architectural form, material selection and so on.
