補(bǔ)氣技術(shù)應(yīng)用于高溫?zé)岜玫膶?shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為了提高高溫?zé)岜眠\(yùn)行經(jīng)濟(jì)性及穩(wěn)定性,優(yōu)化高溫系統(tǒng)流程,通過在熱泵系統(tǒng)中設(shè)置換熱器型經(jīng)濟(jì)器,實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證雙螺桿壓縮機(jī)補(bǔ)氣技術(shù)在高溫?zé)岜弥袘?yīng)用的可行性。實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明:將補(bǔ)氣技術(shù)應(yīng)用于高溫?zé)岜檬强尚械?冷凝器出口水溫在88℃下通過經(jīng)濟(jì)器補(bǔ)氣可有效增加高溫?zé)岜玫闹茻崃?當(dāng)相對補(bǔ)氣量由9.88%增加至22.61%時,系統(tǒng)總制熱量增加9.28kW,改善了其制熱性能;在壓縮機(jī)補(bǔ)氣孔口已定條件下,存在最優(yōu)補(bǔ)氣壓力,使該系統(tǒng)制熱能效比最大;經(jīng)濟(jì)器的設(shè)置同時為冷凝器出口制冷劑提供較大的過冷度,保證了系統(tǒng)節(jié)流機(jī)構(gòu)的安全運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the operation economy and stability of high temperature heat pump and optimize the flow of high temperature system, the feasibility of applying double screw compressor to high temperature heat pump was verified by setting a heat exchanger economizer in the heat pump system. The experimental results show that it is feasible to apply the gas supply technology to the high temperature heat pump, and the heating capacity of the high temperature heat pump can be effectively increased by using the economizer to replenish the water temperature of the condenser at 88 鈩,
