【摘要】：首先從空間經(jīng)濟學(xué)視角分析了產(chǎn)城關(guān)系演變中的土地價值損失的形成及彌補過程,提出產(chǎn)城沖突下價值損失的構(gòu)成、影響因素及擴大機制。隨后,圍繞價值損失的補償方式指出了產(chǎn)城融合的三條路徑,并對現(xiàn)實中各類路徑的應(yīng)用給出了宏觀及微觀解釋——我國城鎮(zhèn)化和工業(yè)化發(fā)展的階段性變化、不同類型產(chǎn)業(yè)的產(chǎn)出效率及其就業(yè)人群需求差異是路徑選擇的決定性因素。最后,本文指出了進一步的研究方向,即通過合理的制度安排,減少產(chǎn)城融合過程中不同主體之間利益再分配所需的交易成本。
[Abstract]:This paper first analyzes the formation and compensation process of the land value loss in the evolution of the relationship between industry and city from the perspective of spatial economics, and puts forward the composition, influencing factors and expanding mechanism of the value loss under the conflict of production and city. Then, the compensation method around the loss of value points out three paths for the integration of industrial and urban areas, and gives macro and micro explanations for the application of various paths in reality-the stage changes of urbanization and industrialization development in China. The difference of output efficiency and employment demand of different industries is the decisive factor of path choice. Finally, this paper points out the direction of further research, that is, reducing the transaction cost of the redistribution of benefits among different subjects in the process of integration of production and city through reasonable institutional arrangements.
