【摘要】：檔案作為人類社會實踐活動的信息載體,是人類社會、文化、科技發(fā)展的見證。隨著社會的發(fā)展進(jìn)步,檔案館作為檔案信息的實物載體,首先要解決好保存的問題,其次要解決好在今后如何使用的問題。當(dāng)今的檔案不再作為機(jī)密而始終保存在檔案館的檔案庫中,不論在國內(nèi)還是國外,檔案館都在努力朝著更加開放的方向發(fā)展,這既是社會的進(jìn)步,同時也反映了廣大人民群眾對檔案信息的需求,檔案要以為全人類服務(wù)為目標(biāo),要對所有的公眾開放。因此,加強(qiáng)檔案館的社會服務(wù)功能,是檔案館發(fā)展的必然趨勢,而怎樣從建筑設(shè)計的角度來解決檔案館的社會化服務(wù)功能問題,則是本文研究的核心內(nèi)容。本文結(jié)合安縣檔案館等實際案例,在實際調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上對檔案館建筑設(shè)計的社會服務(wù)空間做了具體研究。首先,從檔案和檔案館事業(yè)出發(fā)做論述,闡述了檔案和檔案館的起源和發(fā)展,并對中外檔案館的差異做了較為詳細(xì)的介紹,提出了檔案館社會服務(wù)空間的含義；其次,文章從檔案館建筑設(shè)計的角度出發(fā),分別討論了檔案館建筑選址,檔案館的總平面布局以及檔案館的內(nèi)外空間環(huán)境,進(jìn)而對檔案館的功能分區(qū)做了闡述；第三,文章以檔案館實際案例作為切入點(diǎn),逐步深入地講到檔案館的功能分區(qū)中非常重要的社會服務(wù)空間的構(gòu)成,對檔案館的社會服務(wù)空間做了具體分析；最后,文章以新建的安縣檔案館等實際檔案館案例為例,關(guān)于檔案館的建筑設(shè)計及其社會服務(wù)空間做了具體的分析研究。
[Abstract]:As the information carrier of human social practice, archives are witness of the development of human society, culture and science and technology. With the development and progress of society, archives as the physical carrier of archival information, first of all, to solve the problem of preservation, and then to solve the problem of how to use in the future. Today's archives are no longer classified but always kept in the archives of archives. Both at home and abroad, archives are striving to develop towards a more open direction, which is not only the progress of society, At the same time, it also reflects the people's demand for archival information. Archives should serve all mankind and be open to all the public. Therefore, strengthening the social service function of archives is the inevitable trend of archives development, and how to solve the social service function of archives from the angle of architectural design is the core content of this paper. This paper makes a concrete research on the social service space of the architectural design of archives on the basis of the actual investigation, combining with the actual cases such as the archives in an county. First of all, starting from the archives and archives, this paper expounds the origin and development of archives and archives, introduces the differences between Chinese and foreign archives in detail, and puts forward the meaning of social service space of archives. Secondly, from the point of view of architectural design of archives, this paper discusses the location of archives building, the general layout of archives and the internal and external space environment of archives, and then expounds the functional zoning of archives. Thirdly, taking the actual case of the archives as the starting point, the article gradually goes deep into the composition of the very important social service space in the functional partition of the archives, and makes a concrete analysis of the social service space of the archives. Finally, taking the actual archives such as the newly built archives in an county as an example, the paper makes a concrete analysis and research on the architectural design and social service space of the archives.
