煤質(zhì)燃料在燒結(jié)制備墻體材料中PM2.5形成機(jī)理分析

【摘要】:燒結(jié)墻體材料的高溫制備過程是通過高溫窯爐的燒結(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)的,在燒結(jié)過程中,原料和燃料在高溫下都會(huì)產(chǎn)生細(xì)小的顆粒物,其中絕大部分屬于PM2.5粒子;針對(duì)目前廣泛使用的高硫劣質(zhì)煤在燒結(jié)墻體材料制備工藝中的PM2.5排放問題開展研究,比較了煤的種類、燒結(jié)氣氛和溫度變化對(duì)排放的影響規(guī)律,結(jié)果表明:在低氧氣氛燃燒條件下,可以大大降低氮氧化物和硫氧化物的生成量;在溫度選擇方面,由于溫度過高會(huì)產(chǎn)生較多的氮氧化物和堿性氫氧化物,它們會(huì)與空氣中堿性物質(zhì)反應(yīng)生成PM2.5顆粒,所以選擇900~950℃是較為合適的最高燒成溫度。
[Abstract]:The preparation process of sintered wall materials at high temperature is realized by sintering in high temperature kiln. In the sintering process, fine particles are produced from raw materials and fuels at high temperature, most of which belong to PM2.5 particles. In this paper, the problem of PM2.5 emission of high-sulfur and low-quality coal in the preparation process of sintered wall materials is studied, and the effects of coal types, sintering atmosphere and temperature on the emission are compared. The results show that the amount of nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide can be greatly reduced under the condition of low oxygen atmosphere combustion. In the aspect of temperature selection, because more nitrogen oxides and basic hydroxides can be produced when the temperature is too high, they react with alkaline substances in air to form PM2.5 particles, so the optimum sintering temperature is 900 鈩,
