【摘要】：隨著商業(yè)綜合體項目的廣泛興起，如何能夠高效的完成此類項目中電梯安裝，越來越受到電梯公司的的重視。安裝項目上，管理流程發(fā)揮著基礎性作用。本文通過研究以往商業(yè)綜合體電梯項目的經(jīng)驗和教訓，發(fā)現(xiàn)流程的規(guī)范、清晰程度是項目成功與否的關鍵。因此，，本文意在通過對商業(yè)綜合體電梯施工中所涉及流程進行歸納總結(jié)，同時結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際情況對商業(yè)綜合體電梯安裝流程進行改善性研究，以便為其他商業(yè)綜合體電梯項目提供參考，這對商業(yè)綜合體電梯安裝流程的完善，具有重要的意義。本文以商業(yè)綜合體電梯安裝過程中的管理流程為研究對象，針對安裝過程中的難點和常見問題，分析主要流程問題和成因，尋找改善環(huán)節(jié)，從而實現(xiàn)對流程的改善。本文運用包括甘特圖、關鍵路徑法、庫存管理、現(xiàn)場6S、看板法和供應鏈管理等管理方法，內(nèi)容主要圍繞商業(yè)綜合體電梯安裝流程的關鍵路徑建立、現(xiàn)場管理的改善和常見問題的處理幾個方面進行�？傊虡I(yè)綜合體電梯安裝工程項目管理流程改善是一項長期的、持續(xù)的工作，隨著電梯技術(shù)的不斷成熟和外界要求的日新月異，電梯安裝工程項目管理流程也將會與時同步。但只要把握住基礎管理流程并配合先進管理理念，同時結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實際情況，終將為客戶提供高品質(zhì)的商業(yè)綜合體電梯。
[Abstract]:With the widespread rise of commercial complex projects, how to efficiently complete elevator installation in such projects has been paid more and more attention by elevator companies. The management process plays a fundamental role in the installation project. By studying the experience and lessons of the commercial complex elevator project in the past, this paper finds that the clear degree of the flow chart is the key to the success of the project. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to summarize the process involved in the construction of commercial complex elevator, and to improve the installation process of commercial complex elevator in combination with the actual situation on the spot. In order to provide reference for other commercial complex elevator projects, it is of great significance to improve the installation process of commercial complex elevator. In this paper, the management flow in the installation process of commercial complex elevator is taken as the research object. Aiming at the difficulties and common problems in the installation process, this paper analyzes the main process problems and causes, and looks for the improvement links so as to realize the improvement of the process. This paper uses management methods including Gantt chart, critical path method, inventory management, on-site 6S, Kanban method and supply chain management. The content is mainly built around the key path of the commercial complex elevator installation process. Improvement of site management and handling of common problems are carried out in several aspects. In a word, the improvement of the project management process of the commercial complex elevator installation project is a long-term and continuous work. With the development of the elevator technology and the rapid change of the external requirements, the project management process of the elevator installation project will also keep pace with the times. However, as long as we grasp the basic management process and cooperate with the advanced management concept, combined with the actual situation on the spot, we will eventually provide customers with high quality commercial complex elevator.
