【摘要】：建設(shè)工程項(xiàng)目具有投資額巨大、建設(shè)周期長(zhǎng)、施工難度大、技術(shù)復(fù)雜性的特點(diǎn),實(shí)施過(guò)程中面臨的不確定性因素多,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)所引起的損失規(guī)模逐漸增大,為了減小損失,甚至避免損失,從而使得對(duì)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理有極大的研究重要性和必要性。論文以子昂雅苑實(shí)際工程為對(duì)象,主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有：首先,介紹了研究工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的背景及意義并對(duì)工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。第二,對(duì)工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的闡述。第三,應(yīng)用風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別、評(píng)估和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理對(duì)策的理論和方法對(duì)進(jìn)行子昂雅苑實(shí)例分析。其中主要包括子昂雅苑工程施工企業(yè)在實(shí)施前對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行初步分析,估計(jì)出施工過(guò)程中可能面臨風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素包括業(yè)主引起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、監(jiān)理引起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、施工企業(yè)自身引起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),環(huán)境引起的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。最后,在分析了該工程可能面臨的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)之后,將層次分析方法引入工程風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理中,對(duì)子昂雅苑工程在施工過(guò)程中存在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行了具體詳細(xì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理實(shí)例研究。
[Abstract]:The construction project has the characteristics of huge investment, long construction period, construction difficulty, technical complexity, many uncertain factors in the process of implementation, and the loss scale caused by the risk is gradually increasing, in order to reduce the loss. Even avoid loss, which makes the risk management of construction project has great importance and necessity. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, the background and significance of the research on engineering risk are introduced and the present situation of project risk at home and abroad is analyzed. Secondly, the theory of engineering risk and engineering risk management is expounded in detail. Thirdly, the theory and method of risk identification, evaluation and risk management are used to analyze the case of Ziangya Garden. It mainly includes the preliminary analysis of the project before the implementation of the construction enterprise of Ziang Yayuan project, and estimates that the risk factors that may be faced in the construction process include the risk caused by the owner, the risk caused by the supervision, the risk caused by the construction enterprise itself. Environmental risks. Finally, after analyzing the risk that the project may face, the paper introduces the AHP method into the project risk management, and carries on the concrete detailed risk management example to the Ziangya Court project in the construction process.
