【摘要】：人口老齡化是當(dāng)今世界各國(guó)普遍關(guān)注的重要課題。據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,我國(guó)老年人在全世界老年人中所占的比例正在逐年上升。逐漸給城市交通、醫(yī)療、養(yǎng)老服務(wù)等產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)了深遠(yuǎn)影響。作為環(huán)境設(shè)計(jì)專(zhuān)業(yè)從事者去設(shè)計(jì)養(yǎng)老社區(qū),應(yīng)從人文關(guān)懷角度出發(fā),為老年人提供一個(gè)功能合理,環(huán)境舒適的居所,這不僅僅是整個(gè)社會(huì)的義務(wù),更是作為設(shè)計(jì)者應(yīng)盡的責(zé)任。本文分為三個(gè)部分。第一部分是基礎(chǔ)研究,對(duì)相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了闡述,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外與此相關(guān)聯(lián)的研究的歷史和現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析總結(jié),對(duì)多個(gè)住宅區(qū)進(jìn)行了實(shí)地調(diào)研和現(xiàn)狀梳理,討論了研究目的與研究?jī)?nèi)容;第二部分主要內(nèi)容為基于人文關(guān)懷下的養(yǎng)老社區(qū)景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)研究過(guò)程展開(kāi)的探索,通過(guò)對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)理論和設(shè)計(jì)原則的研究,從安全性、舒適性、多樣性、交往性等原則出發(fā)進(jìn)行了一定程度的分析,總結(jié)出的設(shè)計(jì)理論并且在設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐中進(jìn)行應(yīng)用;第三部分是對(duì)人文關(guān)懷下的養(yǎng)老社區(qū)景觀(guān)設(shè)計(jì)研究所作的總結(jié)及展望。本次設(shè)計(jì)以上饒市上饒縣清水鄉(xiāng)常阜村為例,在該地塊上進(jìn)行全新設(shè)計(jì),將獨(dú)具特色的田園生態(tài)養(yǎng)老這一理念置入其中,在城市郊區(qū)良好的自然生態(tài)環(huán)境基礎(chǔ)上,為老年人創(chuàng)造一種自然、簡(jiǎn)約的社區(qū)環(huán)境。借鑒江南傳統(tǒng)老街里十分可貴的巷、院、園、井等傳統(tǒng)公共空間,營(yíng)造出有助于老年人交往的場(chǎng)所。初衷是為老年人提供一個(gè)功能更加合理,環(huán)境更為舒適,且能讓老年人頤養(yǎng)天年的養(yǎng)老社區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The aging of population is an important issue that is concerned by all countries in the world. Statistics show that the proportion of the elderly in the world is increasing year by year. Gradually to urban transportation, medical care, pension services and other industries have brought profound impact. As an environmental design professional to design a community for the aged, we should provide the elderly with a reasonable function and comfortable environment from the angle of humanistic care. This is not only the obligation of the whole society, but also the responsibility of the designer. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the basic research, the related concepts are expounded, the history and current situation of the related research at home and abroad are analyzed and summarized, and a number of residential areas are investigated on the spot and the present situation is combed. The purpose and content of the research are discussed. The second part of the main content is the research process of the old-age community landscape design based on humanistic concern, through the research of design theory and design principles, from the security, comfort, diversity, The principles of communication are analyzed to a certain extent, and the design theory is summarized and applied in design practice. The third part is the summary and prospect of landscape design of endowment community under humanistic care. This design takes Changfu Village, Qingshui Township, Shangrao City, as an example, and carries out a new design on this plot, putting the unique concept of rural ecological endowment into it, on the basis of a good natural ecological environment in the suburbs of the city. Create a natural, minimalist community environment for the elderly. Drawing lessons from the traditional streets in Jiangnan, such as lanes, courtyard, garden, wells and other traditional public space, to create a place conducive to the communication of the elderly. The original intention is to provide the elderly with a more reasonable function, a more comfortable environment, and to allow the elderly to live in an aging community.
