BIM和AR技術(shù)結(jié)合在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:在過(guò)去20年里,建筑信息模型(BIM)技術(shù)飛速發(fā)展,并廣泛的應(yīng)用于建筑行業(yè)的各個(gè)階段。在此基礎(chǔ)上,近幾年基于BIM技術(shù)的四維進(jìn)度控制,五維進(jìn)度成本控制,以及更多維度的應(yīng)用已經(jīng)在建筑設(shè)計(jì)、施工和運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)的各個(gè)階段被應(yīng)用,拓展了在項(xiàng)目管理中BIM模型數(shù)據(jù)信息的共享和交換。但是,根據(jù)文獻(xiàn)的回顧,在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理中,仍然存在無(wú)法將BIM技術(shù)大量的信息數(shù)據(jù)與現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)際環(huán)境進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)交互的斷層,因此在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理活動(dòng)中,仍然無(wú)法完整實(shí)現(xiàn)結(jié)合具體環(huán)境的BIM信息技術(shù)應(yīng)用,,并在此基礎(chǔ)上作出合理的決策;诖,本文提出了基于BIM技術(shù)和AR技術(shù)的工程現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理概念應(yīng)用框架,以期從應(yīng)用體系和實(shí)踐推動(dòng)這一斷層的填補(bǔ)。AR技術(shù)可以在真實(shí)的環(huán)境中實(shí)時(shí)、精確地疊加上虛擬的模型信息,而且該技術(shù)是基于ARToolKit軟件庫(kù)的開源開發(fā)包,共享性很好,能與BIM技術(shù)進(jìn)行良好的結(jié)合,充分發(fā)揮兩者的優(yōu)勢(shì)。 本文將該框架劃分為三個(gè)主要模塊,即設(shè)計(jì)模塊、施工模塊和運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)模塊。通過(guò)對(duì)三個(gè)模塊包含信息及功能的具體細(xì)化,進(jìn)一步完善系統(tǒng)框架的信息流轉(zhuǎn),并通過(guò)對(duì)框架實(shí)現(xiàn)流程的梳理,明確系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)。在設(shè)計(jì)階段,通過(guò)信息展示列項(xiàng)收集表及管理信息收集表針對(duì)具體項(xiàng)目設(shè)置模型信息列項(xiàng)。在施工階段,針對(duì)具體應(yīng)用過(guò)程,分項(xiàng)完善項(xiàng)目信息及實(shí)現(xiàn)變更信息的修正。在運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)階段將經(jīng)過(guò)施工階段完善的信息模型轉(zhuǎn)化后存入運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),并根據(jù)運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)階段的需求優(yōu)化展示信息,輔助運(yùn)營(yíng)維護(hù)管理。 最后,通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單的鋼筋排布方法的對(duì)比,分析了AR與BIM結(jié)合在施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)應(yīng)用的部分功能的實(shí)用性及有效性,進(jìn)而間接分析了該系統(tǒng)功能的可行性,從一定程度上反映了該系統(tǒng)實(shí)施的價(jià)值。并通過(guò)對(duì)該框架的總結(jié),找出系統(tǒng)存在的不足及需要改進(jìn)的地方,為后續(xù)研究人員及系統(tǒng)開發(fā)人員提供了借鑒。本文還為后續(xù)研究提供了進(jìn)一步研究的思路,簡(jiǎn)單介紹了未來(lái)可進(jìn)一步深入研究的方向及內(nèi)容。
[Abstract]:In the past 20 years, the (BIM) technology of building information model has developed rapidly, and has been widely used in all stages of the construction industry. On this basis, in recent years, four-dimensional progress control based on BIM technology, five-dimensional schedule cost control, and more dimensional applications have been applied in various stages of architectural design, construction and operation and maintenance. The sharing and exchange of BIM model data in project management are extended. However, according to the literature review, there are still faults in the construction site management that can not interact a large amount of information data of BIM technology with the actual environment of the site in real time, so in the construction site management activities, The application of BIM information technology combined with specific environment can not be realized completely, and reasonable decision is made on this basis. Based on this, this paper puts forward an application framework of engineering site management concept based on BIM and AR technology, in order to promote the filling of this fault from the application system and practice. AR technology can be used in real time. The technology is based on the open source development package of ARToolKit software library, and it can be combined with BIM technology to make full use of their advantages. The framework is divided into three main modules, namely, design module, construction module and operation and maintenance module. Through the specific refinement of the three modules including information and function, further improve the information flow of the system framework, and through the framework implementation process combing, clear the overall structure of the system. In the design phase, the collection table and the management information collection table are used to set model information items for specific projects. In the construction stage, according to the concrete application process, the item information and the modification of the change information are improved. In the operation and maintenance stage, the information model is transformed into the operation maintenance database, and the information is optimized and displayed according to the requirements of the operation and maintenance stage, and the operation maintenance management is assisted. Finally, the practicability and validity of some functions combined with AR and BIM in construction site are analyzed, and the feasibility of the system function is analyzed indirectly. To some extent, it reflects the value of the implementation of the system. Through the summary of the framework, we find out the shortcomings of the system and the need for improvement, and provide a reference for future researchers and system developers. This paper also provides further research ideas for further research, and briefly introduces the direction and content of further research in the future.
