【摘要】：21世紀以來,城市的居住密度一路走高,我國的城市建設步入了一個新的階段。作為我國城市主要的家庭居住模式——集合住宅,正經歷著由數量增加向質量提高的轉變,住宅室內設計水平的提高則是實現這個轉變的關鍵因素,然而近幾年的城市住宅室內設計普遍存在著形式復制與人們多樣化、個性化需求的矛盾、住宅室內確定性與人們需求易變性的矛盾。住宅室內設計的宗旨是以人為本,具有人性化的內涵,人性化是對以人為本的深化和現實化,本文提出的住宅室內彈性設計就是在深入理解“人性化”這一理念以及現有住宅室內設計無法滿足人自身需求、生活方式和家庭結構的變化等基礎上提出的,住宅室內彈性設計源于“人性化”理念。如何在人口膨脹、資源短缺、環(huán)境惡化這樣的社會大背景下,設計出滿足人們多樣化、個性化的具有可變性、適應性的“一屋多用”的住宅室內是本文研究的主要課題。本文首先通過對中西方與彈性設計相關理論及案例進行收集整理,為本文提出的住宅室內彈性設計提供一個大致的歷史背景及理論依據；接著本文對“人性化”理念以及住宅室內彈性設計相關的概念與范圍進行界定和闡釋,并指出本文研究的重點主要放在住宅室內二次設計上,它是對室內設計的一種升華,是設計者與住戶之間一種互動設計的過程；然后通過對人自身需求的變化以及家的動態(tài)性分析,并針對我國城市集合住宅室內設計存在的問題,提出“人性化”理念引導下的住宅室內彈性設計的必要性及可行性,并通過國內外相關實際案例舉例說明,使文章更具說服力,突破以往彈性設計僅僅局限于結構方面的研究,并在此基礎之上,更加全面系統(tǒng)的對住宅室內的空間、功能、裝飾裝修、管線結構以及物理環(huán)境等各要素進行研究,針對住宅室內二次設計,嘗試性的總結歸納出如何在現有的經濟條件下,運用當前的材料與技術手段,在沒有或僅有少量結構靈活性的條件下,具有實際可操作性的住宅室內彈性設計的方法與總體原則；最后,文章結語中指出住宅室內彈性設計面臨的幾個現實性問題,并對“人性化”理念引導下的住宅室內彈性設計的應用前景進行展望。
[Abstract]:Since the 21 st century, the residential density of cities has been rising all the way, and the urban construction of our country has entered a new stage. As the main family housing mode in Chinese cities, collective residence is undergoing a transition from quantity increase to quality improvement, and the improvement of interior design level is the key factor to realize this change. However, in recent years, the interior design of urban housing generally has the contradiction between the reproduction of form and the diversification of people, the individuation demand, the indeterminacy of residence interior and the variability of people's demand. The aim of residential interior design is people-oriented, which has the connotation of humanization, and humanization is the deepening and reality of humanism. In this paper, the flexible design of residential interior is put forward on the basis of deeply understanding the concept of "humanization" and the fact that the existing interior design of housing can not meet the needs of people, the change of life style and family structure, and so on. The flexible design of residential interior originates from the idea of humanization. Under the social background of population expansion, shortage of resources and deterioration of environment, it is the main research topic of this paper to design a flexible and adaptable "one house multi-purpose" house which can meet the needs of people's diversification, individuation and adaptability. Firstly, through collecting and arranging the theories and cases of elastic design between China and the west, this paper provides a general historical background and theoretical basis for the indoor elastic design of housing. Then this paper defines and explains the concept of "humanization" and the relative concepts and scope of indoor elastic design, and points out that the emphasis of this paper is mainly on the secondary design of residential interior, which is a kind of sublimation of interior design. It is a process of interactive design between designers and tenants. Then, through the analysis of the change of people's own demand and the dynamic of home, and in view of the problems existing in the interior design of urban collective residence in our country, this paper puts forward the necessity and feasibility of the flexible design of residential interior guided by the idea of "humanization". And through domestic and foreign relevant practical cases to illustrate, make the article more persuasive, break through the previous elastic design only confined to the structure of the research, and on this basis, more comprehensive and systematic space, function of the house, The decoration and decoration, pipeline structure and physical environment are studied. Aiming at the secondary design of residential interior, the author tries to sum up how to use the current materials and technical means under the existing economic conditions. Under the condition of no or only a little structural flexibility, the method and general principle of indoor elastic design with practical maneuverability; Finally, in the conclusion of the article, the author points out some practical problems facing the indoor elastic design of housing, and looks forward to the application prospect of the indoor elastic design under the guidance of "humanization" concept.
