大跨度場(chǎng)館上金屬屋面系統(tǒng)抗風(fēng)性能研究
[Abstract]:Metal roof system is a popular roof system. Compared with thick concrete roof, it is favored by engineers and technicians because of its light weight, beautiful appearance and easy construction. The construction of traffic platform and other buildings has been widely used. With the extensive application of metal roof in our country, the problems such as poor weathering resistance and waterproofing are gradually exposed. In recent years, there are not a few accidents of metal roof exposed by wind, which bring great loss to the people's economic property and even endanger the lives of the people. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the windbreak resistance of metal roof. In this paper, the method of data collection and statistics is used to classify the metal roof system which is commonly used in the domestic market, which is classified from three aspects: system form, connection mode and material. It makes engineers have a deep understanding of different kinds of metal roof system and makes the selection of metal roof system more reasonable. Then, according to the statistics of the metal roof wind exposure accident in China, the main reasons of the metal roof wind exposure accident are summarized, and the final damage location of the domestic relevant damage test is counted. Finally, it is concluded that the main reason of the wind-stripping damage of metal roof system is the damage of the bite between the panels. For vertical lock-in metal roof system, the local joint test and the whole wind test are carried out, and the influence factors of the bearing capacity of the roof system are analyzed by variable parameter test. By observing the failure phenomenon, the rule of "three stages" of the specimen failure is found, and the weakness of the damage at the bite joint is also found. In addition, the reliability of the local joint test is verified by comparing the results of the local joint test and the whole wind stripping test, which provides a reference for the field joint test of metal roof in the future. Finally, aiming at the problems existing in the design and calculation of metal roof system at present, a set of improved calculation methods and strengthening measures for metal roof system with vertical locking edge are summarized, and the bearing capacity of metal roof system with vertical locking edge is obtained by combining with the test of local nodes. An example of vertical locking metal roof is calculated to ensure the safety and reliability of the roof. At present, the metal roof market is not perfect enough. Whether it is design and calculation, plate production, installation and construction, and later management, it is necessary to have corresponding system standards to regulate the management, so as to make the metal roof system healthy in China. Good development.
