現(xiàn)代物流園區(qū)建筑功能建構(gòu)與研究

【摘要】:在我國,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的蓬勃發(fā)展與社會分工的日益細(xì)化,各地都逐步興起發(fā)展物流行業(yè)的呼聲,并持續(xù)升溫。我國經(jīng)過近二十年的發(fā)展,物流業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施快速增長。物流園區(qū)是基于現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)發(fā)展所出現(xiàn)的新興事物,同時(shí)也是物流系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃的重要一環(huán)。不同類型的物流企業(yè)與物流園區(qū)聚集,共同享受物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施與配套服務(wù),優(yōu)勢互補(bǔ)的進(jìn)行物流活動(dòng),從而得到最大化的整體優(yōu)勢,取得規(guī)模效益。作為提供物流服務(wù)、組織物流活動(dòng)、完成物流功能的重要場所,物流園區(qū)的重要性得到充分體現(xiàn)。 本篇論文中對物流園區(qū)建筑功能建構(gòu)以及其他方面做出的研究有利于更好地指導(dǎo)實(shí)踐。在對國內(nèi)發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)主要物流園區(qū)的調(diào)研基礎(chǔ)上,研究分析物流園區(qū)的建筑功能、功能分區(qū)與組合、環(huán)境景觀和建筑空間形態(tài)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)情況,,為物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì)和建設(shè)提供一定的參考。本文主要對物流園區(qū)的功能進(jìn)行逐一的解析,再在此基礎(chǔ)上對園內(nèi)功能區(qū)的組合形式以及交通進(jìn)行了探討,同時(shí)分析了傳統(tǒng)型、商貿(mào)型、報(bào)關(guān)保稅型三種不同類型的物流園所側(cè)重的功能區(qū)組合形式,并以豐富的案例配合理論分析說明。物流園區(qū)的建筑空間形態(tài)在本文中主要以外部空間形態(tài)與內(nèi)部空間形態(tài)進(jìn)行分析。物流園區(qū)作為城市功能的重要組成部分,合理的空間布局和建筑建設(shè)能夠有效提高流園區(qū)的空間利用率,并且能使其更好地發(fā)揮規(guī)模效益,因此研究對提高物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)運(yùn)營有著重要意義。
[Abstract]:In our country, with the vigorous development of economy and the increasing refinement of social division of labor, the voice of developing logistics industry is rising gradually in all parts of China, and continues to heat up. After nearly two decades of development, the logistics industry infrastructure has grown rapidly. Logistics Park is based on the development of modern logistics emerging things, but also an important part of logistics system planning. Different types of logistics enterprises and logistics parks gather together to enjoy logistics infrastructure and supporting services, and carry out logistics activities with complementary advantages, so as to maximize the overall advantages and achieve economies of scale. As an important place to provide logistics services, organize logistics activities and complete logistics functions, the importance of logistics park has been fully reflected. In this paper, the construction of logistics park building function and other aspects of research is conducive to better guide practice. Based on the investigation of the main logistics parks in the developed regions of China, this paper studies and analyzes the architectural functions, functional divisions and combinations, the planning and construction of the environmental landscape and the architectural spatial forms of the logistics parks. For the logistics park planning and design and construction to provide a certain reference. This paper mainly analyzes the function of logistics park one by one, and then discusses the combination form and traffic of the function zone in the park. At the same time, it analyzes the traditional type, the trade type, and so on. Customs bonded three different types of logistics park focus on the combination of functional areas, and a wealth of cases with theoretical analysis. In this paper, the building space form of logistics park is mainly analyzed by the external space form and the internal space form. Logistics park is an important part of city function. Reasonable space layout and building construction can effectively improve the space utilization ratio of flow park and make it play a better role in scale benefit. Therefore, the study is of great significance to improve the construction and operation of logistics park.
