【摘要】：全球化的背景下，城市經(jīng)濟(jì)日益成為經(jīng)濟(jì)浪潮中的主角。國內(nèi)外城市積極發(fā)掘自身潛力,同時(shí)擴(kuò)展城市外部空間、整合內(nèi)部資源,以提高城市競爭力和區(qū)域影響力。在這樣的背景下，城市“大事件”作為城市發(fā)展的新手段，帶動城市空間的擴(kuò)張。而“大事件”的實(shí)質(zhì)，是資本、權(quán)力等要素對影響城市空間的平臺。 本文利用ARCMAP軟件，對2004、2007、2010和2012年的城市建成區(qū)進(jìn)行動態(tài)變化分析，總結(jié)南寧城市建成區(qū)擴(kuò)張的現(xiàn)象，分析南寧城市擴(kuò)張的一般驅(qū)動力。進(jìn)而構(gòu)建以政府行為為視角的分析框架，探討大事件的發(fā)生機(jī)制，分析各行為主體的利益取向，建立大事件背景下的城市擴(kuò)張與空間生產(chǎn)過程中的社會角色利益取向之間的邏輯關(guān)系，從大事件視角和空間生產(chǎn)視角這兩個(gè)新的視角去探討城市擴(kuò)張的動力機(jī)制。本文區(qū)別于以往多強(qiáng)調(diào)客觀因素、研究方法多以實(shí)證分析為主的研究，多從主觀原因分析城市擴(kuò)張的動力機(jī)制。 通過論述分析，本文得出結(jié)論： （1）社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展是城市用地?cái)U(kuò)張的表層驅(qū)動力，主要從經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展驅(qū)動、自然地貌的限制、人口增長的剛性需求和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)四個(gè)方面影響擴(kuò)張。 （2）城市大事件的舉辦對社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展有著直接的推動作用，從更深層次上影響了城市用地的擴(kuò)張。大事件主要通過直接影響用地?cái)U(kuò)張和通過影響社會經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展間接推動城市用地?cái)U(kuò)張兩種方式來對影響城市擴(kuò)張。 （3）通過探討大事件的發(fā)生機(jī)制，分析得出城市擴(kuò)張的本質(zhì)驅(qū)動力，即城市擴(kuò)張是城市社會空間、城市生產(chǎn)關(guān)系、社會群體生產(chǎn)方式轉(zhuǎn)變的實(shí)體表現(xiàn)，而城市大事件從表面上的全民盛會演變?yōu)檎a(chǎn)新的社會空間的手段。城市實(shí)體空間的擴(kuò)張，本質(zhì)上是城市社會空間的擴(kuò)張。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization, urban economy has increasingly become the protagonist of the economic wave. Cities at home and abroad actively explore their own potential, at the same time expand the outer space of the city, integrate internal resources, to improve the competitiveness of the city and regional influence. Under this background, urban "big event" as a new means of urban development, promote the expansion of urban space. The essence of "big event" is the platform of capital, power and other factors influencing urban space. In this paper, using ARCMAP software, the dynamic changes of urban built-up areas in 20042007 and 2012 are analyzed, the phenomenon of urban built-up area expansion in Nanning is summarized, and the general driving force of urban expansion in Nanning is analyzed. Then it constructs an analytical framework from the perspective of government behavior, probes into the occurrence mechanism of major events, and analyzes the interest orientation of various actors. The logical relationship between urban expansion under the background of major events and the interest orientation of social role in the process of spatial production is established, and the dynamic mechanism of urban expansion is discussed from two new perspectives: big event perspective and spatial production perspective. This paper is different from the previous emphasis on objective factors, the research methods are mainly empirical analysis, more from the subjective reasons to analyze the dynamic mechanism of urban expansion. Based on the analysis, this paper draws the following conclusions: (1) the development of social economy is the surface driving force of urban land expansion, mainly driven by economic development and restricted by natural landforms. The rigid demand for population growth and infrastructure construction affect expansion in four aspects. (2) the holding of urban events has a direct role in promoting the development of social economy, and has influenced the expansion of urban land on a deeper level. Major events affect urban expansion mainly by directly influencing land use expansion and indirectly promoting urban land use expansion through social and economic development. (3) through discussing the occurrence mechanism of big events, it is concluded that the essential driving force of urban expansion is the physical manifestation of the transformation of urban social space, urban relations of production and the mode of production of social groups. However, urban events have evolved from a public event on the surface to a means for the government to produce a new social space. The expansion of urban physical space is essentially the expansion of urban social space.
