【摘要】：為進一步完善我國綠色建筑評價方法,以適應綠色建筑的快速發(fā)展,將多級可拓綜合評價法引入綠色建筑評價中。針對已滿足《綠色建筑評價標準》在相應等級所規(guī)定要求的綠色建筑,對其在一般項和優(yōu)選項中的所有達標項目建立多級可拓物元評價模型,引入可拓理論的簡單關聯(lián)函數(shù)確定評價指標權重;計算待評對象對各等級的綜合關聯(lián)度,從而判定此綠色建筑的綜合評價等級。并以某一綠色辦公建筑為例,驗證了該方法應用于綠色建筑評價合理可靠,能夠較客觀、細致地表達綠色建筑的綠色程度。研究成果為豐富和完善我國綠色建筑評價方法開拓了思路。
[Abstract]:In order to further improve the evaluation method of green building in China and adapt to the rapid development of green building, the multilevel extension comprehensive evaluation method is introduced into the evaluation of green building. In view of the green building which has met the requirements stipulated in the corresponding grade of "Green Building Evaluation Standard", a multilevel extension matter-element evaluation model is established for all the items that meet the standard in general items and excellent options. A simple correlation function based on extension theory is introduced to determine the weight of evaluation index. The comprehensive correlation degree of each grade is calculated to judge the comprehensive evaluation grade of the green building. Taking a green office building as an example, it is proved that this method is reasonable and reliable in the evaluation of green building, and can express the green degree of green building objectively and meticulously. The research results open up ideas for enriching and perfecting the evaluation methods of green buildings in China.
