太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng)工況特性研究

【摘要】:面對(duì)日益緊張的能源消耗與能源供應(yīng)間的矛盾、能源消耗與環(huán)境污染間的矛盾,開(kāi)發(fā)利用可再生能源成為解決以上矛盾最有效的方法。將太陽(yáng)能熱利用技術(shù)與地板輻射采暖技術(shù)有機(jī)結(jié)合滿足采暖需求,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)建筑節(jié)能減排目標(biāo)、改善能源結(jié)構(gòu)、節(jié)約常規(guī)化石能源、保護(hù)自然環(huán)境、減緩氣候變化等,具有極其重大的意義。 通過(guò)分析國(guó)內(nèi)外此領(lǐng)域研究狀況,可知目前太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖尚存在以下問(wèn)題:(1)針對(duì)銀川地區(qū)的氣象條件,太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng)的可行性和運(yùn)行狀況缺乏研究;(2)在太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng)中工況運(yùn)行參數(shù)方面的研究未見(jiàn)報(bào)道:(3)太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng)的獨(dú)立儲(chǔ)熱工況特性、獨(dú)立放熱工況特性和儲(chǔ)放熱復(fù)合運(yùn)行時(shí)的工況特性未見(jiàn)報(bào)道;(4)針對(duì)銀川地區(qū)的氣象條件,太陽(yáng)能采暖系統(tǒng)不同輔助能源工況運(yùn)行系統(tǒng)的經(jīng)濟(jì)性和節(jié)能性分析,缺乏一個(gè)確切的分析過(guò)程和計(jì)算結(jié)果。 本文介紹針對(duì)寧夏銀川地區(qū)搭建太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng),通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究了太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng)得出了以下結(jié)論: (1)在寧夏銀川地區(qū)太陽(yáng)能地板輻射采暖系統(tǒng)配一定的輔助能源能夠滿足冬季采暖需求,并且系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行良好; (2)通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)得出本采暖系統(tǒng)流量為25L/min這一工況參數(shù)下工作,整個(gè)采暖系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行效果較好:經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,水箱供水溫度在50℃左右,采暖系統(tǒng)可滿足采暖要求; (3)太陽(yáng)能采暖系統(tǒng)采用蓄熱循環(huán)系統(tǒng)和放熱循環(huán)系統(tǒng)復(fù)合運(yùn)行時(shí),室內(nèi)溫度達(dá)到了20℃,滿足了室內(nèi)采暖要求; (4)根據(jù)采暖期不同月份太陽(yáng)輻照度不同,對(duì)系統(tǒng)提供的能量不同。在12月份太陽(yáng)能保證率為43.1%,1月份太陽(yáng)能保證率為47.9%,2月份太陽(yáng)能保證率為49.1%,3月份太陽(yáng)能保證率為51.9%; (5)太陽(yáng)能采暖系統(tǒng)不同輔助能源工況運(yùn)行的節(jié)能效益和環(huán)保效益明顯,運(yùn)行期間減少了二氧化碳排放量,減緩了全球變暖的進(jìn)程; (6)太陽(yáng)能和輔助電加熱這一運(yùn)行工況,根據(jù)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行工況的分析本系統(tǒng)可大約運(yùn)行8.4年可將成本收回。
[Abstract]:In the face of the contradiction between energy consumption and energy supply, between energy consumption and environmental pollution, the development and utilization of renewable energy has become the most effective way to solve the above contradiction. The combination of solar energy utilization technology and floor radiation heating technology to meet the heating demand can achieve the goal of energy saving and emission reduction, improve the energy structure, save the conventional fossil energy, protect the natural environment, and mitigate the climate change, etc. Of great significance. By analyzing the research situation in this field at home and abroad, we know that there are still some problems in solar floor radiation heating: (1) the feasibility and operation of solar floor radiant heating system are not studied according to the meteorological conditions in Yinchuan area; (2) the research on the operating parameters of solar floor radiant heating system has not been reported: (3) the characteristics of solar floor radiant heating system under independent heat storage conditions, The characteristics of independent heat release and heat storage combined operation are not reported. (4) according to the meteorological conditions in Yinchuan area, the economic and energy saving of solar heating system under different auxiliary energy conditions are analyzed. Lack of a precise analysis process and calculation results. This paper introduces the solar floor radiant heating system in Yinchuan area of Ningxia. The conclusions are as follows: (1) the solar floor radiant heating system in Yinchuan area of Ningxia can meet the needs of winter heating with a certain amount of auxiliary energy.
