面向塔吊監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的信號采集與處理研究

【摘要】:隨著人口的不斷增長,城市化的不斷推進(jìn),建筑行業(yè)的發(fā)展迎來了高峰,塔吊作為建筑行業(yè)必不可少的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)備,其應(yīng)用越來越廣泛。然而,由于塔吊設(shè)備工作環(huán)境復(fù)雜,且智能化程度不夠,使得其安全問題存在嚴(yán)重隱患。因此,基于傳感器技術(shù)、信息技術(shù)和物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)的塔吊監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)越來越多的應(yīng)用于建筑塔吊設(shè)備中。本文從工業(yè)建筑塔吊需求出發(fā),完成了塔吊監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的整體方案設(shè)計(jì),并在已有的硬件平臺上實(shí)現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)所有功能的軟件設(shè)計(jì);诜煮w式設(shè)計(jì)思路,系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計(jì)包括以MSP430微控制器為平臺的數(shù)據(jù)采集部分與以S5PV210微處理器為平臺的數(shù)據(jù)處理及功能實(shí)現(xiàn)部分。實(shí)現(xiàn)了該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)采集功能、狀態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)及圖像顯示功能、塔機(jī)間無線通信功能、遠(yuǎn)程互聯(lián)網(wǎng)監(jiān)控功能、塔機(jī)安全預(yù)警報(bào)警功能。在實(shí)現(xiàn)該監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)功能的同時(shí),本文對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)采集過程中,塔吊復(fù)雜工作環(huán)境對信號采集產(chǎn)生的影響進(jìn)行了深入的分析,包括系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部以及系統(tǒng)工作環(huán)境下噪聲和干擾分析。針對特定的干擾和噪聲,提出了相應(yīng)的解決方案,包括系統(tǒng)集成電路內(nèi)部噪聲處理、塔吊工作環(huán)境下電快速瞬變?nèi)好}沖干擾處理、環(huán)境變化下的數(shù)據(jù)溫漂處理、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸?shù)目垢蓴_處理、人機(jī)交互界面的數(shù)據(jù)處理等。并在嵌入式系統(tǒng)終端實(shí)現(xiàn)了各個算法的設(shè)計(jì),通過對系統(tǒng)信號采集與處理的應(yīng)用,提高了系統(tǒng)性能。
[Abstract]:With the continuous growth of population and urbanization, the development of construction industry ushered in a peak, tower crane as an essential basic equipment in the construction industry, its application is more and more extensive. However, because the working environment of tower crane is complex and the intelligence degree is not enough, there are serious hidden trouble in the safety of tower crane. Therefore, tower crane monitoring system based on sensor technology, information technology and Internet of things technology is more and more used in building tower crane equipment. Based on the requirement of industrial building tower crane, the whole scheme design of tower crane monitoring system is completed, and the software design of all functions of the system is realized on the existing hardware platform. Based on the idea of split design, the system software design includes data acquisition based on MSP430 microcontroller and data processing and function realization based on S5PV210 microprocessor. The functions of real-time data acquisition, state data and image display, wireless communication between tower cranes, remote Internet monitoring and alarm are realized. While realizing the function of the monitoring system, the influence of the complex working environment of the tower crane on the signal acquisition is deeply analyzed in the process of data acquisition, including the noise and interference analysis within the system and in the working environment of the system. For the specific interference and noise, the corresponding solutions are proposed, including the system integrated circuit internal noise processing, the electric fast transient group pulse interference processing under the tower crane working environment, the data temperature drift processing under the environment change. The anti-interference processing of data transmission, the data processing of man-machine interface and so on. The algorithm is designed in the terminal of embedded system, and the system performance is improved by the application of signal acquisition and processing.
