【摘要】：中國老齡化社會提前到來，對醫(yī)療保障的需要促使國內(nèi)醫(yī)藥企業(yè)大量上馬�，F(xiàn)代化醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的發(fā)展離不開研發(fā)團隊的組建和與之相配套的研發(fā)中心的建設。建設具有適用、經(jīng)濟、美觀的企業(yè)研發(fā)中心對現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)藥企業(yè)的技術發(fā)展具有重要的意義�，F(xiàn)代化醫(yī)藥企業(yè)研發(fā)中心是一類具有辦公、展示、科學實驗、生產(chǎn)多種功能的復雜建筑。由于研發(fā)中心這類建筑的發(fā)展時間并不是很長，且此類建筑涉及到企業(yè)技術保密等原因，國內(nèi)外對此類建筑的建筑設計研究也不是很多。論文結(jié)合能夠收集到的資料和工程實例，對此類建筑的設計進行總結(jié)歸納，為研發(fā)中心的建筑設計提供可供參考的設計經(jīng)驗。論文對研發(fā)中心的起源和發(fā)展進行了探究，結(jié)合相關在建工程實例的分析，明確研發(fā)中心的發(fā)展思路和新的發(fā)展方向；研究了現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)藥企業(yè)技術發(fā)展對研發(fā)中心建筑功能的需求，結(jié)合醫(yī)藥研發(fā)和建筑設計特點，提出在研發(fā)中心建筑功能細分的基礎上，通過分析交通流線和內(nèi)部功能分區(qū)的方法，實現(xiàn)建筑內(nèi)部空間設計適應建筑功能設計方法；并提出在研究研發(fā)中心內(nèi)部空間與外部空間內(nèi)在關系的基礎上，通過從追求形式、擺脫建筑功能限制，來塑造適應現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)藥企業(yè)樹立企業(yè)文化形象的需要的設計方法。通過研究明確提出研發(fā)中心建筑是具有工業(yè)用途的民用建筑，建筑設計中應更多的了解與工業(yè)生產(chǎn)有關的知識；并提出建筑的功能與形式在某些時候是可以完全分離的觀點，，即在設計類似現(xiàn)代化醫(yī)藥企業(yè)研發(fā)中心、具有很強專業(yè)性的建筑時，可以視需求專注于功能或形式。
[Abstract]:China's aging society has arrived ahead of schedule, and the need for medical security has prompted a large number of domestic pharmaceutical companies. The development of modern pharmaceutical enterprises can not be separated from the establishment of R & D team and the construction of R & D center. The construction of a suitable, economical and beautiful enterprise R & D center is of great significance to the technological development of modern pharmaceutical enterprises. The R & D center of modern pharmaceutical enterprises is a kind of complex building with office, display, scientific experiment and production functions. Because the development time of this kind of building in R & D center is not very long, and this kind of building involves the enterprise technology secret and so on, the architectural design research of this kind of building at home and abroad is not much. Based on the collected data and engineering examples, the paper summarizes the design of this kind of buildings, and provides reference design experience for the architectural design of R & D center. This paper probes into the origin and development of R & D center and makes clear the development thinking and new development direction of R & D center by analyzing the relevant examples of construction projects. This paper studies the demand of modern pharmaceutical enterprises' technology development on the building function of R & D center, combining with the characteristics of medical research and development and architectural design, puts forward the subdivision of building function of R & D center. By analyzing the methods of traffic streamline and internal function partition, the paper realizes the design of building interior space to adapt to the design method of building function, and puts forward that, on the basis of studying the relationship between internal space and outer space of R & D center, through pursuing the form, Get rid of the limitation of architectural function, to shape the modern pharmaceutical enterprises to set up the needs of corporate culture image design method. Through the research, it is clearly pointed out that the R & D center building is a civil building with industrial uses, and that more knowledge about industrial production should be gained in the architectural design, and that the function and form of the building can be completely separated at some times. That is, in the design of similar R & D centers of modern pharmaceutical enterprises, with strong professional building, we can focus on function or form according to demand.
