微波作用下丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400單酯大單體的制備與表征

【摘要】:利用微波作用,以聚乙二醇-400(PEG-400)和丙烯酸(AA)為單體,在催化劑對甲苯磺酸和阻聚劑對苯二酚作用下,制備丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400單酯大單體。結(jié)果表明,微波作用制備丙烯酸聚乙二醇-400單酯大單體較傳統(tǒng)水浴或油浴有較大優(yōu)勢,且在酸醇摩爾比為2∶1,催化劑對甲苯磺酸用量2.5%,阻聚劑對苯二酚用量2.0%,反應(yīng)溫度95℃,反應(yīng)時間30 min和微波功率450 W條件下,酯化率達(dá)96.3%。該工藝與傳統(tǒng)工藝相比具有酯化率高、反應(yīng)周期短等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具有良好的應(yīng)用前景。
