【摘要】：近些年來(lái)隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，我國(guó)人均GDP超過(guò)3000美元大關(guān)，中國(guó)開始正式邁入度假時(shí)代。濱海環(huán)境是較有特色的一種地域環(huán)境，在旅游度假領(lǐng)域具有極高的商業(yè)價(jià)值和良好的開發(fā)前景。我國(guó)各個(gè)海灣的蓬勃開發(fā)發(fā)展，專業(yè)的酒店設(shè)計(jì)公司紛紛搶占中國(guó)市場(chǎng)，中國(guó)本土酒店建筑設(shè)計(jì)行業(yè)將面臨著機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。國(guó)內(nèi)關(guān)于濱海度假酒店雖有較多的實(shí)例，但系統(tǒng)的論述不多，本文對(duì)濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行多方面的分析、歸納和研究。 論文從濱海度假酒店的發(fā)展歷史出發(fā)，對(duì)濱海度假酒店的平面規(guī)劃布局、建筑布局以及總平面功能布局手法進(jìn)行歸納和研究。論文重點(diǎn)梳理了濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)的整體設(shè)計(jì)，并以濱海度假酒店較多的三亞地區(qū)為例重點(diǎn)剖析了客房區(qū)客房設(shè)計(jì)的共性與創(chuàng)新。最后得出濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)相關(guān)共性和結(jié)論，并展望未來(lái)濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。 論文共分為6章： 第1章：緒論。介紹選題的背景、意義及相關(guān)研究綜述，界定主要概念，并提出論文的研究框架。 第2章：濱海度假酒店發(fā)展概述。梳理酒店、度假酒店、濱海度假酒店的相關(guān)概念及我國(guó)的發(fā)展概況，對(duì)濱海度假酒店的相關(guān)特征進(jìn)行歸納。 第3章：濱海度假酒店平面布局分析。著眼于濱海度假酒店的選址及總平面規(guī)劃布局與濱海環(huán)境的關(guān)系，進(jìn)而探討濱海度假酒店的建筑布局，之后分析濱海度假酒店總平面功能布局。 第4章：濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)整體設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)在對(duì)濱海度假客房區(qū)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì)的歸納后，發(fā)現(xiàn)客房區(qū)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)層形態(tài)的共性。然后從濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)建筑布局與景觀視線的關(guān)系和濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)的交通體系兩個(gè)部分探討了濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。 第5章：濱海度假酒店客房區(qū)客房設(shè)計(jì)。重點(diǎn)選取了三亞濱海地區(qū)的經(jīng)典案例，，具體研究了濱海度假酒店標(biāo)準(zhǔn)間設(shè)計(jì)，包括標(biāo)準(zhǔn)客房的功能構(gòu)成、空間尺度和衛(wèi)生間設(shè)計(jì)。之后對(duì)客房區(qū)其他類型的客房一一進(jìn)行了闡述。最后對(duì)客房室內(nèi)裝飾風(fēng)格和綠色環(huán)保在客房中的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了相關(guān)梳理。 第6章：結(jié)語(yǔ)�？偨Y(jié)全文，對(duì)論文進(jìn)行的總結(jié)與歸納，提出相關(guān)共性，展望后續(xù)研究發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of economy, China's per capita GDP has exceeded 3000 US dollars, and China has officially entered the holiday era. Coastal environment is a special regional environment, which has high commercial value and good development prospect in the field of tourism and vacation. With the vigorous development of each bay in China, the professional hotel design companies have seized the Chinese market. The local hotel architecture design industry in China will face opportunities and challenges. Although there are many examples about the coastal resort hotel in our country, but there are few systematic discussions, this paper analyzes, induces and studies the guestroom area design of the coastal resort hotel in many aspects. Based on the development history of Binhai Holiday Hotel, this paper sums up and studies the layout of plane planning, architectural layout and total plane function layout of Binhai Holiday Hotel. This paper focuses on combing the overall design of the guestroom area of Binhai Resort Hotel, and taking Sanya region, where there are more Binhai Holiday Hotels, as an example, analyzes the commonness and innovation of guestroom design in the guestroom area. Finally, the paper draws the conclusion and generality of the guestroom area of Binhai Resort Hotel, and looks forward to the development trend of the guestroom area of Binhai Resort Hotel in the future. The thesis is divided into six chapters: chapter 1: introduction. This paper introduces the background, significance and related research review of the topic, defines the main concepts, and puts forward the research framework of the thesis. Chapter 2: an overview of the development of coastal resort hotels. Combing the related concepts of hotel, resort hotel, coastal resort hotel and the development of our country, summarized the related characteristics of coastal resort hotel. Chapter 3: analysis of the plane layout of Binhai Holiday Hotel. This paper focuses on the relationship between the location of the coastal resort and the general plan layout and the coastal environment, and then discusses the architectural layout of the coastal resort, and then analyzes the general plane function layout of the coastal resort. Chapter 4: overall design of guestroom area of Binhai Resort Hotel. After summing up the overall design of the coastal resort guest room area, the common features of the standard layer of the guest room area are found. Then the main points of the design of the guestroom area of the Binhai Resort Hotel are discussed from the relationship between the architectural layout of the guestroom area and the landscape sight and the traffic system of the guestroom area of the Binhai Resort Hotel. Chapter 5: guestroom design of Binhai Resort Hotel. The typical case of Sanya Binhai area is selected, and the design of standard room of Binhai Resort Hotel is studied in detail, including the function structure of standard guest room, space scale and toilet design. After that, the other types of guest rooms in the guest room area are described one by one. Finally, the use of indoor decoration style and green environmental protection in guest rooms were combed. Chapter 6: conclusion. Summarize the full text, summarize and summarize the thesis, put forward the related generality, and look forward to the development of the follow-up research.
