【摘要】：近年來,隨著中國城鎮(zhèn)化的不斷推進(jìn)和深入,鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)逐漸成為城鎮(zhèn)化的主要力量,在促進(jìn)國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和改善人居環(huán)境方面發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)城鎮(zhèn)化的核心是強(qiáng)調(diào)人的城鎮(zhèn)化,通過鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展來平衡城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和社會人文、生態(tài)環(huán)境的關(guān)系,促進(jìn)城鄉(xiāng)空間一體化推進(jìn)。鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的是聯(lián)系人與自然、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)的重要平臺,它的發(fā)展對推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)空間城鎮(zhèn)化具有重要意義。我國快速的城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程中,過度專注城鎮(zhèn)化帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,對傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間所具有的價值不夠重視,導(dǎo)致許多傳統(tǒng)公共空間被拆除重建,造成了傳統(tǒng)空間的衰敗和歷史文化價值的殞滅。在當(dāng)下城鎮(zhèn)化深入發(fā)展的過程中,關(guān)注傳統(tǒng)公共空間的優(yōu)化傳承具有重要意義。本文以川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間為研究對象,在尊重鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)原有自然環(huán)境和社會人文的基礎(chǔ)上,研究如何通過空間優(yōu)化更新的方式,對傳統(tǒng)公共空間整合優(yōu)化,創(chuàng)造優(yōu)質(zhì)的川渝鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)人居空間環(huán)境。論文首先基于公共空間問題,分析川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的特征,分析和確立當(dāng)下公共空間的優(yōu)化所應(yīng)秉承的價值觀念,以期來引導(dǎo)公共空間的營造觀念;其次,根據(jù)當(dāng)前山地傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的現(xiàn)狀提出川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間優(yōu)化的目標(biāo),并提出具體的優(yōu)化原則和策略;隨后對相關(guān)實(shí)際案例進(jìn)行分析,通過實(shí)踐方案對優(yōu)化策略進(jìn)行檢驗并進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗總結(jié),希望對傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的優(yōu)化有一定指導(dǎo)作用。本文遵循“提出問題—分析問題—解決問題”的基本思路,論文主要包括以下四個部分。第一部分:了解基本概念,研究傳統(tǒng)公共空間的發(fā)展歷程,分析形成原因。首先闡述傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的研究背景以及國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究,界定課題研究范圍,確立論文的研究方法與具體框架;然后梳理川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的發(fā)展和演變,總結(jié)公共空間發(fā)展過程中的影響因素。第二部分:對傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行聚焦,反思快速城鎮(zhèn)化時期的鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)空間建構(gòu)。了解川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間現(xiàn)狀,歸納鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)空間建設(shè)模式、空間特點(diǎn)以及存在問題。對當(dāng)前川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間存在的問題進(jìn)行審視,反思城鎮(zhèn)化的空間建設(shè)觀念,分析指出造成傳統(tǒng)公共空間當(dāng)下困境的原因。第三部分:提出傳統(tǒng)空間優(yōu)化目標(biāo),針對現(xiàn)狀問題提出應(yīng)對策略。首先在之前問題分析和理論研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的優(yōu)化目標(biāo)和優(yōu)化原則,并在此基礎(chǔ)上從環(huán)境保護(hù)、結(jié)構(gòu)梳理、空間營造,材料利用,機(jī)制完善,五個方面探討川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間優(yōu)化的設(shè)計策略。第四部分:通過具體方案對川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間優(yōu)化策略進(jìn)行論證,并對前幾章進(jìn)行總結(jié)。在前文的理論研究和案例分析的基礎(chǔ)上,通過將理論策略具體應(yīng)用在藺市古鎮(zhèn)保護(hù)修建性詳細(xì)規(guī)劃項目案例中來檢驗理論策略的科學(xué)性,然后對案例進(jìn)行回顧和反思。最后對該課題進(jìn)行總結(jié)和展望,希望能對川渝傳統(tǒng)鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)公共空間的優(yōu)化發(fā)展提供一定的啟發(fā)和借鑒。
