基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的電梯智能數(shù)據(jù)采集報(bào)警系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化及應(yīng)用
[Abstract]:As the basic equipment of modern high-rise building transportation, elevator is responsible for the transportation of people and goods. Therefore, the safety of elevator operation is very important. With the rapid popularization of high-rise buildings, people will pay more and more attention to the safety performance and various functions of elevator operation, because it is directly related to the safety of the occupants. Especially in the process of elevator fault diagnosis and maintenance, only timely analysis and removal of obstacles can bring users a better experience. Based on the present situation and prospect of domestic elevator intelligent data acquisition and alarm system, this paper makes a summary of foreign countries, and analyzes the overall design framework of elevator remote monitoring system based on Internet of things. The GPRS transmission module of elevator remote monitoring system based on Internet of things is analyzed emphatically. The operating system is composed of terminal monitoring terminal, GPRS network and remote server. Each of the three parts is responsible for the transmission of elevator data and information: terminal monitoring terminal records elevator operation data and fault information, and transmits information to remote server through GPRS network, at the same time, The operator can access the server through the network and monitor the data in real time. If there is a fault, the malfunction related information will be sent to the relevant responsible person through the mobile phone, and the problem can be solved immediately. The GPRS output module is optimized to improve the generality, monitoring range, construction time and performance of the system, and to reduce the operating cost. The first chapter introduces the source of this topic, the status quo and development prospects of elevator intelligent data acquisition system at home and abroad, and the main points of this paper. The second chapter summarizes the system and designs the running flow of the system. The third chapter mainly analyzes the advantages and limitations of the short distance wireless communication technology, Internet of things technology, GPRS technology and its principle and application. The fourth chapter is to optimize the communication transmission module, and the specific implementation method. The fifth chapter mainly describes the actual debugging effect of the system, and analyzes the system debugging and explains the operation method. The sixth chapter is the summary of this paper and the prospect of the future elevator remote monitoring system. This study is devoted to the research of elevator remote monitoring system based on the Internet of things, and further optimizes it based on the traditional computer technology, GPRS mobile network technology. Based on the combination of Internet of things and 3G communication technology, it has the advantages of simple operation, convenient installation and maintenance, high security, good real-time performance and low cost, and it also has the advantages of easy to develop and expand.
