【摘要】：近些年來,我國的經濟飛速發(fā)展,商業(yè)步行街的建設越來越快、數量越來越多,雖然商業(yè)步行街已經從一般的道路中脫離出來,但是由于我國的實際情況,導致我國的商業(yè)步行街的環(huán)境質量一直沒有達到步行街的標準,商業(yè)步行街的建設還是由開發(fā)商和管理者掌控,沒有真正做到以人為本的理念。現如今由于人們的生活方式和價值觀上有所不同,休閑消費成為大眾必需品,從價值內需屬性方面而促進了商業(yè)街區(qū)的發(fā)展。同樣商業(yè)步行街的發(fā)展狀況代表其所在城市的形象,其規(guī)劃和建設已成為完善城市職能的重要手段。最佳的步行空間環(huán)境是具有人文關懷的步行街環(huán)境,所以本文就商業(yè)步行街外部空間的人性化設計問題展開討論,從而創(chuàng)造出適合人們需要的人性化的商業(yè)步行街環(huán)境。同時商業(yè)街區(qū)的發(fā)展缺少不了公共設施的人性化,通過各種設計元素休息座椅、雕塑、鋪地、噴泉廣場、綠化等來美化環(huán)境,表現商業(yè)空間的人性化,休息座椅通過這個背景而被突顯出來,本文就其中的休息座椅的設計與空間環(huán)境的布局進行分析,使設計師們在分析問題和靈感有很大的啟示。在設計座椅時,不僅闡述了休息座椅的本質意義,更舉例論證了休息座椅的設計,更要考慮座椅帶給人的人文價值和人為關懷。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid economic development of our country, the construction of commercial pedestrian streets has become faster and faster, and the number of commercial pedestrian streets has become more and more. Although commercial pedestrian streets have been separated from the general road, but because of the actual situation in our country, As a result, the environmental quality of commercial pedestrian street in our country has not reached the standard of pedestrian street. The construction of commercial pedestrian street is still controlled by developers and managers. Nowadays, because of the difference of people's life style and values, leisure consumption has become a necessity for the masses, which promotes the development of commercial blocks from the attribute of value and domestic demand. The development of commercial pedestrian street represents the image of the city, and its planning and construction has become an important means to improve the functions of the city. The best walking space environment is the pedestrian street environment with humanistic care, so this paper discusses the humanized design of the outer space of the commercial pedestrian street, thus creating a humanized commercial pedestrian street environment suitable for people's needs. At the same time, the development of commercial blocks can not lack the humanization of public facilities. It can beautify the environment through various design elements, such as rest seats, sculptures, floors, fountains, greening, and so on, so as to show the humanization of commercial space. The rest seats are highlighted through this background. The design of the rest seats and the layout of the space environment are analyzed in this paper, which makes designers have great inspiration in the analysis of problems and inspiration. In the design of the seat, not only the essential significance of the rest seat is expounded, but also the design of the rest seat is demonstrated with examples, and the humanistic value and human care brought by the seat should be considered.
