市政埋地管道荷載作用下受力特性及減荷分析
[Abstract]:With the frequent occurrence of natural disasters year by year, the safety of buried pipeline, which is an important lifeline, is becoming more and more important. As the most economical and reliable method of transportation energy, pipeline plays an important role in urban construction. Pipe buried in the soil is constrained by the surrounding soil media, and the mechanical characteristics are limited to a great extent. However, as a long linear structure, the crossing condition of pipeline is complex, so it is imperative to study and analyze the stress, strain and damage mitigation of buried pipeline. The mechanical properties of cast iron pipeline are typical. Researchers at home and abroad have done a lot of research on longitudinal and transverse mechanical properties of buried pipeline. The nonlinear soil friction model of cast iron pipe with different diameter is established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS. The purpose of this paper is to establish a more reasonable pipe simulation form, obtain more reliable results, and analyze the deformation characteristics and reliability of the pipeline under different loads. Specifically, the main research work in this paper includes: (1) without considering the uneven settlement of the foundation, the key parameters of the pipeline analysis model are given, the longitudinal pipe-soil coupling model is established, and the internal force of the pipeline is analyzed. At the same time, the transverse, longitudinal and circumferential stresses of the pipeline are calculated. (2) the deformation and reliability analysis of the pipeline are carried out, and the deformation characteristics under the stress of the pipeline, as well as the failure judgment steps, are put forward to judge the dangerous point of the pipeline structure. And the reliability index and failure probability of pipeline structure. (3) the nonlinear finite element model of pipe and soil contact is established by using finite element analysis software ANSYS to quantitatively analyze the variation of stress, strain and displacement of pipeline under different pipeline parameters. The influence of parameters on pipeline is analyzed, the distribution characteristics of pipeline stress under different working conditions are analyzed, and the failure state is judged. (4) on the basis of calculation and simulation, the stress distribution characteristics of buried pipeline are obtained, and according to the engineering practice, the stress distribution characteristics of buried pipeline are obtained. Reasonable optimization design and load reduction measures are put forward, and its feasibility is analyzed.
