【摘要】：廣府民居作為嶺南民居的一支,可謂歷史悠久。由清末至近代,民居的形式由原來的竹筒屋、明字屋、三間兩堂為主的幾種普通民居逐漸發(fā)展出了騎樓、花園洋房等多種的居住形式。廣州的舊城區(qū)——荔灣、越秀時至今日,仍然保存有為數(shù)不少的這些近現(xiàn)代廣府民居。然而,隨著時間的推移,當年構(gòu)成廣州舊城區(qū)主要機理的這些民居,或是因為舊城拆遷,或是因為到達使用年限等原因漸漸老化,出現(xiàn)不同情況的失修和破壞。由此,近年來在廣州舊城區(qū),便出現(xiàn)了大量自建民居的修繕復(fù)建工程的實例。本文擬通過對廣州市荔灣區(qū)十八甫路桂堂新街26號民居的復(fù)建工程進行實例分析,一方面更加直觀深入地認識廣府民居,了解它的建造工藝、施工方法和結(jié)構(gòu)形式等特點;另一方面試圖探索這一類型民居修繕復(fù)建工程的特點和共性原則,并尋求其在延續(xù)城市脈絡(luò)中的定位。
[Abstract]:Guang Fu folk residence as one of Lingnan folk residence, can be said to have a long history. From the late Qing Dynasty to the modern times, the forms of folk houses were gradually developed from the original bamboo barrel house, the Ming character house, the three two main houses to the garrison, the garden house and so on. Liwan, the old district of Guangzhou, still has a large number of modern Guangfu houses. However, with the passage of time, these houses, which made up the main mechanism of the old urban area in Guangzhou, were gradually aged due to the demolition of the old city, or due to the arrival of service life, resulting in disrepair and destruction in different situations. As a result, in recent years, a large number of repair and rehabilitation projects of self-built houses have appeared in the old urban areas of Guangzhou. This article through the Guangzhou Liwan District 18 Fu Lu Guitang new street 26 folk building reconstruction project carries on the example analysis, on the one hand more intuitionistic deep understanding Guangfu folk house, understands its construction craft, the construction method and the structure form and so on characteristic; On the other hand, it attempts to explore the characteristics and common principles of this type of house renovation and rehabilitation project, and to seek its position in the continuation of urban context.
