溫度和氯鹽對(duì)混凝土硫酸鹽化學(xué)腐蝕的影響

【摘要】:為揭示混凝土在不同硫酸鹽腐蝕環(huán)境下的損傷過(guò)程及腐蝕機(jī)理,進(jìn)行了硫酸鹽浸泡實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了在復(fù)合溶液浸泡作用下混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度演變、腐蝕產(chǎn)物類(lèi)型及硫酸根離子反應(yīng)能力.結(jié)果表明:混凝土在硫酸鈉溶液中抗壓強(qiáng)度先增加后降低,且主要腐蝕產(chǎn)物是鈣礬石和石膏.在復(fù)合溶液腐蝕環(huán)境下,腐蝕產(chǎn)物以鈣礬石為主,且混凝土亞微觀缺陷減少6.46%.當(dāng)提高腐蝕溶液溫度至50℃時(shí),混凝土的抗壓強(qiáng)度演變速度加快,硫酸根離子反應(yīng)能力提高20%,腐蝕產(chǎn)物以石膏為主.
[Abstract]:In order to reveal the damage process and corrosion mechanism of concrete under different sulphate corrosion environment, the sulphate immersion experiment was carried out, and the evolution of compressive strength of concrete under the action of composite solution immersion was studied. Types of corrosion products and reaction ability of sulfate ions. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete in sodium sulfate solution first increases and then decreases, and the main corrosion products are ettringite and gypsum.
