【摘要】：對于磚混結(jié)構(gòu)房屋的安全性鑒定,必須對其主要承重材料的強度進行檢測,并對抗震構(gòu)造措施等其他情況進行查看,進一步進行復(fù)核驗算,為出具加固設(shè)計方案提供依據(jù)。通過工程實例,系統(tǒng)的講述某磚混結(jié)構(gòu)教學(xué)樓安全性鑒定及復(fù)核驗算的過程,為工程技術(shù)人員提供參考依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The strength of the main load-bearing materials must be tested for the safety appraisal of brick and concrete structure building, and other conditions such as seismic construction measures should be inspected, and further checking calculation should be carried out to provide the basis for issuing the reinforcement design scheme. Through an engineering example, this paper systematically describes the process of safety appraisal and checking calculation of a brick and concrete structure teaching building, which provides a reference for engineering technicians.
