工程機(jī)械駕駛室的安全舒適性設(shè)計(jì)研究

【摘要】:工程機(jī)械駕駛室是工程機(jī)械的重要組成部分,特別是在野外艱苦環(huán)境下施工的工程機(jī)械,對(duì)其駕駛室進(jìn)行人性化設(shè)計(jì)尤為重要。 本論文利用人機(jī)工程學(xué)理論,對(duì)工程機(jī)械駕駛室的安全性和舒適性進(jìn)行了理論研究和設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)踐,并應(yīng)用多層次模糊理論對(duì)設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估。 本論文的主要研究工作如下: 1.詳細(xì)敘述了工程機(jī)械駕駛室的分類(lèi)和構(gòu)成,分析研究了工程機(jī)械駕駛室構(gòu)成部分的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)和設(shè)計(jì)原則,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出了工程機(jī)械駕駛室的設(shè)計(jì)評(píng)估流程。 2.以工程機(jī)械中鑿巖機(jī)的駕駛室為例,對(duì)鑿巖機(jī)駕駛室骨架進(jìn)行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),并根據(jù)FOPS/ROPS理論,利用ANSYS對(duì)骨架進(jìn)行有限元仿真,完成對(duì)骨架的安全性設(shè)計(jì)與校核。 3.在滿(mǎn)足安全性設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)上,,進(jìn)行駕駛室的舒適性設(shè)計(jì),應(yīng)用坐姿作業(yè)、視野、以用戶(hù)為中心等人機(jī)工程學(xué)理論,對(duì)駕駛室的艙體、座椅等部件進(jìn)行布局設(shè)計(jì)和校核,并對(duì)駕駛室總體進(jìn)行了減震降噪處理,使得駕駛室設(shè)計(jì)更符合人體舒適性需求。 4.應(yīng)用多層次分析法及模糊理論對(duì)鑿巖機(jī)駕駛室的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行了舒適性評(píng)估,從理論上來(lái)驗(yàn)證鑿巖機(jī)駕駛室的設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果。 本論文將結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、安全設(shè)計(jì)理論、以用戶(hù)為中心的人機(jī)工學(xué)理論、心理學(xué)、減震降噪理論融合,對(duì)以鑿巖機(jī)駕駛室為代表的工程機(jī)械駕駛室進(jìn)行了綜合設(shè)計(jì)。在工程機(jī)械的人性化設(shè)計(jì)方面做了一些有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:The cab of construction machinery is an important part of construction machinery, especially the construction machinery under the difficult environment in the field, so it is very important to design the cab humanized. Based on the ergonomics theory, the safety and comfort of the cab of construction machinery are studied and designed in this paper, and the design results are evaluated by using the multi-level fuzzy theory. The main work of this thesis is as follows: 1. The classification and composition of the cab of construction machinery are described in detail, and the design essentials and design principles of the cab of construction machinery are analyzed and studied. On the basis of this, the flow of design and evaluation of the cab of construction machinery is put forward. 2. Taking the cab of rock drill in construction machinery as an example, the structural design of the cab skeleton of rock drill is carried out. According to FOPS/ROPS theory, finite element simulation of the skeleton is carried out by using ANSYS, and the safety design and verification of the skeleton are completed. On the basis of satisfying the safety design, the comfort design of the cab is carried out. By applying the ergonomics theory, such as sitting posture, visual field, and taking the user as the center, the layout design and checking of the cabin, seat and other components are carried out. And the overall cab vibration noise reduction treatment, so that the cab design more in line with the human comfort requirements. 4. The design results of drilling cab are evaluated by using multi-level analysis method and fuzzy theory, and the design results of drilling cab are verified theoretically. In this paper, the structural design, safety design theory, user-centered theory of human mechanics, psychology, shock absorption and noise reduction theory are combined to design the cab of construction machinery, which is represented by rock drill cab. Some useful attempts have been made in humanized design of construction machinery.
