工程機(jī)械駕駛室的安全舒適性設(shè)計(jì)研究
[Abstract]:The cab of construction machinery is an important part of construction machinery, especially the construction machinery under the difficult environment in the field, so it is very important to design the cab humanized. Based on the ergonomics theory, the safety and comfort of the cab of construction machinery are studied and designed in this paper, and the design results are evaluated by using the multi-level fuzzy theory. The main work of this thesis is as follows: 1. The classification and composition of the cab of construction machinery are described in detail, and the design essentials and design principles of the cab of construction machinery are analyzed and studied. On the basis of this, the flow of design and evaluation of the cab of construction machinery is put forward. 2. Taking the cab of rock drill in construction machinery as an example, the structural design of the cab skeleton of rock drill is carried out. According to FOPS/ROPS theory, finite element simulation of the skeleton is carried out by using ANSYS, and the safety design and verification of the skeleton are completed. On the basis of satisfying the safety design, the comfort design of the cab is carried out. By applying the ergonomics theory, such as sitting posture, visual field, and taking the user as the center, the layout design and checking of the cabin, seat and other components are carried out. And the overall cab vibration noise reduction treatment, so that the cab design more in line with the human comfort requirements. 4. The design results of drilling cab are evaluated by using multi-level analysis method and fuzzy theory, and the design results of drilling cab are verified theoretically. In this paper, the structural design, safety design theory, user-centered theory of human mechanics, psychology, shock absorption and noise reduction theory are combined to design the cab of construction machinery, which is represented by rock drill cab. Some useful attempts have been made in humanized design of construction machinery.
