重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)研究

【摘要】：本論文是導(dǎo)師研究課題“重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究”的子課題——“重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)研究”。 產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)是城市產(chǎn)業(yè)與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要空間載體，隨著社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)的發(fā)展越來越受到社會(huì)的關(guān)注，尤其是產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)發(fā)展的轉(zhuǎn)型。但由于近年來發(fā)展的加快，很多產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)只注重經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，而忽略了其他方面的建設(shè)，如環(huán)境保護(hù)，環(huán)境景觀的營造等。 由于人們生活水平及質(zhì)量的提高，對(duì)于環(huán)境景觀的要求逐漸提高，環(huán)境景觀作為產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)建設(shè)的主要內(nèi)容之一，不僅對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)生活環(huán)境、生產(chǎn)環(huán)境、視角環(huán)境起著美化及凈化作用，同時(shí)對(duì)促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展以及促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)向城市轉(zhuǎn)型有著重大意義。 EBD園區(qū)建設(shè)之初就提出“復(fù)合生態(tài)”（自然生態(tài)，產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)，人文生態(tài)）理念，使其環(huán)境景觀的建設(shè)本身就蘊(yùn)含生態(tài)的意義（經(jīng)過生態(tài)規(guī)劃或設(shè)計(jì)，具有可持續(xù)性、人與自然和諧的景觀），所以稱為“生態(tài)景觀”，但普適性的生態(tài)景觀涵蓋范圍內(nèi)容廣泛，不同的學(xué)科研究的對(duì)象、內(nèi)容及評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則都不同。筆者以“生態(tài)景觀”作為關(guān)鍵詞對(duì)當(dāng)今的相關(guān)理論及文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行搜索整理發(fā)現(xiàn)，，“生態(tài)景觀”涉及學(xué)科范圍廣，規(guī)模龐大，然而專門對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)（包括工業(yè)園區(qū)、高科技園區(qū)、生態(tài)產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)）與生態(tài)景觀相關(guān)的研究卻很少，且現(xiàn)有研究成果基本是單一景觀層面的研究，所涵蓋的內(nèi)容也相對(duì)片面，很多僅僅是對(duì)規(guī)劃或設(shè)計(jì)現(xiàn)狀的一種描寫，缺乏歷時(shí)性與過程性的研究。而重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀的建設(shè)是一個(gè)從無到有的過程，并不是一步到位，期間存在發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)型。 論文以重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)2001年到2013年在“復(fù)合生態(tài)”理念指導(dǎo)下園區(qū)的整體發(fā)展為大背景，以其生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)為研究重點(diǎn)，并以生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)對(duì)其生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的適應(yīng)性作為目標(biāo)，詳細(xì)介紹在“復(fù)合生態(tài)”理念的影響下，EBD園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)從自然景觀生態(tài)向可持續(xù)性城市景觀演變所經(jīng)歷的自然生態(tài)理念主導(dǎo)階段—產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)理念主導(dǎo)—社會(huì)生態(tài)理念主導(dǎo)階段的過程及現(xiàn)狀，從設(shè)計(jì)策略層面總結(jié)生態(tài)景觀各要素建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與不足，并給出合理性建議，最終總結(jié)出EBD園區(qū)營造生態(tài)景觀的原則及方法，提出展望。使其能為未來園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀的建設(shè)及以后產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)開發(fā)建設(shè)、規(guī)劃等提供寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)。 論文注重理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合，對(duì)重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀建設(shè)進(jìn)行解讀。本研究既包括對(duì)理論層面的梳理（對(duì)生態(tài)景觀的定義、構(gòu)成及建設(shè)目標(biāo)等方面的梳理，為下文的研究打下理論基礎(chǔ)）；同時(shí)也包括對(duì)重慶北部新區(qū)EBD園區(qū)生態(tài)景觀系統(tǒng)建設(shè)階段的研究與現(xiàn)狀調(diào)研（此部分內(nèi)容為本文研究的核心內(nèi)容）。理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際使文章更加具有說服力與實(shí)際意義。
[Abstract]:This paper is a sub-topic of the tutor's research project, "study on the Sustainable Development of EBD Park in Northern Chongqing New area"-"Ecological Landscape Construction of EBD Park in Northern Chongqing New area". Industrial park is an important space carrier for the development of urban industry and economy. With the development of social economy, the development of industrial park is paid more and more attention by the society, especially the transformation of the development of industrial park. However, due to the acceleration of development in recent years, many industrial parks only pay attention to the economic development, but ignore the construction of other aspects, such as environmental protection, environmental landscape construction and so on. Due to the improvement of people's living standard and quality, the requirement of environmental landscape is raised gradually. As one of the main contents of industrial park construction, environmental landscape is not only to the living environment and production environment of industrial park. Visual angle environment plays the role of beautification and purification, at the same time, it is of great significance to promote the development of industry and the transformation from industrial park to city. At the beginning of the construction of EBD Park, it is proposed that "compound ecology" (natural ecology, industrial ecology). The idea of humanistic ecology makes the construction of its environmental landscape contain ecological significance (through ecological planning or design, sustainable landscape, harmony between man and nature), so it is called "ecological landscape". But the universal ecological landscape covers a wide range of contents, different subjects of research object, content and evaluation criteria are different. The author uses "ecological landscape" as the key word to search the relevant theories and literature and finds that the "ecological landscape" involves a wide range of disciplines and a large scale, but it is specialized in industrial parks (including industrial parks, high-tech parks). Eco-industrial park) and ecological landscape related research, and the existing research results are basically a single landscape level research, the content covered is relatively one-sided, many are just a description of the status of planning or design, Lack of diachronic and procedural studies. However, the construction of ecological landscape of EBD Park in the northern part of Chongqing is a process from scratch, not in one step, during which there is development and transformation. Under the guidance of the concept of "compound ecology", the overall development of EBD Park in northern Chongqing is taken as the background, and its ecological landscape construction is taken as the research focus. And take the ecological landscape construction to its ecosystem adaptability as the goal, Under the influence of the idea of "compound ecology", this paper introduces the ecological landscape construction of EBD park from natural landscape ecology to sustainable urban landscape, which is the leading stage of natural ecological concept-industrial ecological idea leading-society. The process and present situation of ecological concept leading stage, From the aspect of design strategy, this paper summarizes the experience and deficiency of the construction of various elements of ecological landscape, and gives some reasonable suggestions, finally summarizes the principles and methods of creating ecological landscape in EBD park, and puts forward the prospect. It can provide valuable experience for the construction of ecological landscape and the development and planning of industrial park in the future. Based on the combination of theory and practice, this paper interprets the ecological landscape construction of EBD Park in the northern part of Chongqing. This research not only includes combing the theory level (the definition, the constitution and the construction goal of the ecological landscape, etc., lays the theoretical foundation for the following research); At the same time, it also includes the research and investigation on the stage of ecological landscape system construction of EBD Park in the northern part of Chongqing (this part is the core content of this paper). The combination of theory and practice makes the article more persuasive and practical.
