文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園歷史遺存建筑的再利用

【摘要】：隨著我國城市化的步伐，許多城市在舊城改造和歷史遺存建筑再開發(fā)的項(xiàng)目開展中，又衍生出一種新的開發(fā)模式，即文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園區(qū)。這種開發(fā)模式為藝術(shù)在城市開發(fā)中的應(yīng)用注入了新的動力，同時(shí)也拉近了人們生活環(huán)境與藝術(shù)的關(guān)系。以目前國內(nèi)外的諸多成功項(xiàng)目案例來看，我國在這種新型開發(fā)模式的應(yīng)用通常具有一定的相似性或重復(fù)性。這就不得不給我們留下一個(gè)思考和研究的課題：如何認(rèn)識和分析文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園，，在特有的文化背景下對這種新型模式又如何把歷史遺存建筑再利用使之相結(jié)合。本文主要從以下幾個(gè)方面闡述： 1.采用田野調(diào)查并研讀相關(guān)資料的方法，總結(jié)和介定相關(guān)的概念，諸如創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)、文化創(chuàng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園、歷史遺存建筑、閑置空間、古跡和工業(yè)區(qū)等，重點(diǎn)研究空間的再利用。 2.對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園歷史遺存建筑再利用進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析，包括發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、建筑面貌沿革和利用、建筑改造原則、建筑角色轉(zhuǎn)換。并闡述相關(guān)的意義，尤其是建筑改造的社會意義和內(nèi)部設(shè)計(jì)變化意義。 3.對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園歷史遺存建筑再利用發(fā)展模式進(jìn)行解析，包括：發(fā)展優(yōu)勢、發(fā)展模式和影響其發(fā)展的要素。 4.反思和建議對文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園歷史遺存建筑的再利用，結(jié)合政府觀念，開發(fā)商的利益和作用，專家學(xué)者言論及社會輿論影響進(jìn)行深入反思；對建筑改造，功能設(shè)計(jì)，政府部門合理規(guī)劃和商企合理利用發(fā)表建議。 5.理論與實(shí)際項(xiàng)目案例相結(jié)合，利用英國泰晤士河南岸、田子坊創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園、北京798藝術(shù)園區(qū)，漢陽造文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園等項(xiàng)目深化文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園歷史遺存建筑再利用的理論研究。
[Abstract]:With the pace of urbanization in China, many cities have developed a new mode of development, cultural and creative industrial parks, in the process of rebuilding old cities and redeveloping historical relic buildings. This development model injects new impetus into the application of art in urban development, and at the same time draws close the relationship between people's living environment and art. According to many successful projects at home and abroad, the application of this new development model in China usually has certain similarity or repeatability. This has to leave us with a topic of reflection and research: how to understand and analyze the cultural and creative industrial park, and how to reutilize the historical relic buildings in the unique cultural background. This paper mainly from the following aspects: 1. Using the method of field investigation and reading relevant materials, summarizing and introducing related concepts, such as creative industry, cultural entrepreneurship industry park, historical relic buildings, idle space, historic sites and industrial zones, etc. Focus on the reuse of space. 2. This paper analyzes the present situation of the reuse of the historical relic buildings in the Cultural and Creative Industry Park, including the present situation of development, the evolution and utilization of the architectural features, the principles of architectural transformation, and the transformation of architectural roles. And expounds the related significance, especially the social significance of the architectural transformation and the significance of the internal design change. 3. This paper analyzes the development mode of historical relic buildings in cultural and creative industry park, including: development advantage, development model and factors affecting its development. 4. Reflection and suggestion on the reuse of historical relics of cultural and creative industry park, combined with the government concept, the interests and functions of the developers, the opinions of experts and scholars and the influence of public opinion, the reconstruction of buildings, the design of functions, Rational planning of government departments and rational use of commercial enterprises issued recommendations. 5. Combining theory with practical project cases, using the south bank of the Thames River, Tian Zi Fang Creative Industry Park, Beijing 798 Art Park, Hanyang cultural creative industry park and other projects to deepen the cultural and creative industry park historical heritage of the reuse of theoretical research.
