碎石樁復(fù)合地基處理與檢測(cè)分析

【摘要】:碎石樁作為一種地基加固處理的常用方式,具有成本低、易施工和加固牢等優(yōu)點(diǎn),在我國(guó)地基處理中得到廣泛應(yīng)用,并且取得了顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會(huì)效益。由于地基條件非常復(fù)雜,碎石樁復(fù)合地基的實(shí)際處理效果仍存在一定的不確定性分析。本文結(jié)合新鄉(xiāng)市某電廠主廠房碎石樁復(fù)合地基處理的實(shí)際工程項(xiàng)目,重點(diǎn)分析碎石樁復(fù)合地基處理后樁間土的液化消除情況和承載力提高情況,并驗(yàn)證其可行性和科學(xué)性。論文的主要工作為:1、在廣泛收集現(xiàn)有研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)碎石樁復(fù)合地基的國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了概述,在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)碎石樁復(fù)合地基的加固機(jī)理和破壞模式進(jìn)行了較為系統(tǒng)的分析,對(duì)地基承載力和地基沉降計(jì)算理論進(jìn)行了較為細(xì)致的探討,為實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。2、根據(jù)新鄉(xiāng)市某電廠主廠房結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的實(shí)際需要,對(duì)其地基基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的勘察,通過(guò)對(duì)不同的地基加固處理方案進(jìn)行了比選分析,確定采用碎石樁復(fù)合地基的處理方案,并制定了相應(yīng)的施工工藝和質(zhì)量控制措施。3、根據(jù)相關(guān)規(guī)范規(guī)定,分別采用靜力觸探試驗(yàn)、動(dòng)力觸探試驗(yàn)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)貫入試驗(yàn)等方法,對(duì)場(chǎng)地碎石樁復(fù)合地基的加固處理效果進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的檢測(cè)評(píng)價(jià)分析。結(jié)果表明,場(chǎng)地土液化情況得到完全消除,地基承載力得到顯著提高,特別是對(duì)于砂土和粉土地層,處理效果尤為明顯。本文的研究成果對(duì)碎石樁復(fù)合地基加固處理的實(shí)際工程應(yīng)用具有一定的指導(dǎo)和借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:As a common method of foundation strengthening, gravel pile has the advantages of low cost, easy construction and reinforcement. It has been widely used in foundation treatment in China, and has achieved remarkable economic and social benefits. Because the foundation condition is very complex, the actual treatment effect of gravel pile composite foundation still exists certain uncertainty analysis. Combined with the actual project of gravel pile composite foundation treatment of main powerhouse in Xinxiang power plant, this paper mainly analyzes the liquefaction elimination and bearing capacity of soil between piles after the treatment of gravel pile composite foundation, and verifies its feasibility and scientific nature. The main work of this paper is 1: 1. On the basis of extensive collection of existing research results, the domestic and foreign research status of gravel pile composite foundation is summarized, and on this basis, The reinforcement mechanism and failure mode of gravel pile composite foundation are systematically analyzed, and the calculation theory of foundation bearing capacity and foundation settlement are discussed in detail. This paper provides a theoretical basis for practical engineering application. According to the actual needs of the structural design of the main powerhouse of a power plant in Xinxiang City, the foundation of the plant is investigated in detail, and through the comparison and analysis of different foundation reinforcement schemes, The treatment scheme of gravel pile composite foundation is determined, and the corresponding construction technology and quality control measures. 3. According to the relevant specifications, the static penetration test, dynamic penetration test and standard penetration test are adopted, respectively. The reinforcement effect of gravel pile composite foundation is systematically tested and evaluated. The results show that the liquefaction of the site soil is completely eliminated and the bearing capacity of the foundation is obviously improved, especially for the sandy soil and silt layer. The research results of this paper have certain guidance and reference significance for the practical engineering application of gravel pile composite foundation reinforcement.
