A建筑施工項(xiàng)目安全管理體系研究

【摘要】:本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)安全理論和實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),針對(duì)A項(xiàng)目的施工安全管理資料進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并就現(xiàn)場(chǎng)勘查了A項(xiàng)目安全管理的現(xiàn)狀,利用安全管理理論的相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)存在的安全管理問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了劃分,并提出了解決問(wèn)題的思路和方案,提升安全管理能夠使A建筑項(xiàng)目持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。得出A施工項(xiàng)目的安全管理經(jīng)歷了PDCA從計(jì)劃、實(shí)施、檢查到改進(jìn)等四個(gè)階段,改進(jìn)階段并不是該安全管理體系的終止,相反上述四個(gè)階段形成一個(gè)循環(huán),周而復(fù)始;A施工項(xiàng)目安全管理的核心工作是識(shí)別出導(dǎo)致危險(xiǎn)發(fā)生的事故源;建立與項(xiàng)目安全管理體系相適應(yīng)的管理制度是保障A施工項(xiàng)目順利開(kāi)展的有效措施,而且加強(qiáng)法制建設(shè)、建設(shè)良好的項(xiàng)目安全管理文化,也體現(xiàn)了人文關(guān)懷和安全管理目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Based on the relevant safety theory and practical experience at home and abroad, this paper investigates the construction safety management data of project A, and makes use of the relevant experience of safety management theory to investigate the present situation of safety management of project A on the spot. The existing safety management problems are divided, and the ideas and schemes to solve the problems are put forward, so that the safety management can make the A construction project develop steadily and continuously. It is concluded that the safety management of A construction project has gone through four stages of PDCA from plan, implementation, inspection to improvement. The improvement stage is not the termination of the safety management system. On the contrary, the above four phases form a cycle. The core work of the safety management of A construction project is to identify the accident sources that lead to the dangerous occurrence, and to establish a management system suitable to the safety management system of the project is an effective measure to ensure the smooth development of the A construction project. Moreover, strengthening the legal system construction and building a good project safety management culture also reflect the realization of humanistic concern and safety management goal.
