基于有限元的竹編織外遮陽板抗風(fēng)性能分析

【摘要】:縱橫向不等厚竹編遮陽板由橫條厚竹條與縱條薄竹條組成,不僅能夠有效遮擋直射太陽輻射,減少制冷能耗,同時可以允許充足的漫射光透射進入室內(nèi),從而保持良好均衡的室內(nèi)光環(huán)境,是一種節(jié)能可持續(xù)的理想遮陽板。通過對4種尺寸的該類竹編遮陽板分別建立有限元模型,對不同風(fēng)速和不同風(fēng)攻角下遮陽板結(jié)構(gòu)的力學(xué)性能進行數(shù)值模擬仿真。計算結(jié)果表明,1m×1m、1.5m×1.5m、3m×1m三種結(jié)構(gòu)均能滿足剛度要求,而3m×3m結(jié)構(gòu)由于變形量過大不能滿足剛度要求,建議采用1m×1m或1.5m×1.5m或3m×1m結(jié)構(gòu)進行組合。由于竹材具有良好的力學(xué)性能,各尺寸結(jié)構(gòu)均能滿足強度要求。該研究成果可為該類竹編遮陽板設(shè)計和使用參考。
[Abstract]:The bamboo shading board with different vertical and horizontal thickness consists of thick and vertical bamboo strips, which can not only effectively block direct solar radiation and reduce cooling energy consumption, but also allow sufficient diffuse light to be transmitted into the room. Therefore, it is an ideal and sustainable sun shading board to maintain a good and balanced indoor light environment. The finite element models of four kinds of bamboo shading boards were established, and the mechanical properties of the shading board structures with different wind speeds and different angles of attack were simulated numerically. The calculation results show that the three kinds of structures can meet the stiffness requirements, while the 3m 脳 3m structures can not meet the stiffness requirements due to excessive deformation. Therefore, it is suggested to adopt the combination of 1m 脳 1m or 1.5m 脳 1.5m or 3m 脳 1m structures. Due to the good mechanical properties of bamboo, each size structure can meet the strength requirements. The research results can be used as reference for the design and use of bamboo-woven shading boards.
